10 mins to Bear's Den (waterfront bar) & Dock 97 (upscale lakefront dining);

- 15 mins to Carolina Cup, Colonial Cup Horse Races & Springdale Race Course;

- 12 miles to downtown Camden: Less than 20 mins to Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Chic-fil-A & upscale dining at Sam Kendall's, Broad & Vine (winery) and Salud Mexican Kitchen;

LAKE WATEREE: Over 20 square miles and 200 miles of shoreline! Typically a beach-entry type lake depending on the water levels. We also overlook one of Wateree's islands, are in a cove and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask).

WATER TOYS: Guests have access to 1 kayak and 1 paddle board, but also the potential to share water toys with our three adjacent lake houses (each has a couple water toys that are shared frequently).

THE EXTRAS:
- Contactless Entry: Arrive to a clean home and an access code to the front door. Help is just a phone call, text or message away as we have both a co-host and a property manager available for questions and/or needs.

- We do not approve extra visitors or events without permission. 
- $50/dog & no cats. More than one dog requires approval.
- Cancellations: In addition to our cancellation policy, if you were to cancel last-minute AND we were able to rebook, we will refund what the next group pays to you! We have no interest in getting paid twice, just being made whole off your last-minute cancellation.

Guests have full access to the cabin, as well as a shared boat ramp and a shared dock for your boat, just next door, and big open yard for the kids to play in! Welcome to "Lake Wateree Vacations!"
