Welcome to the Birch House! Located directly above Golden our new, unique, custom built studio suite boasts magnificent views of the Columbia Valley and Kicking Horse Ski Resort. We’re located 5 minutes from town and a 5-minute walk to the Golden Skybridge. Explore our hiking trails and large property. This light filled open plan bachelor suite is surrounded by trees and 360 degree views. Whip up a meal or just make coffee in the fully equipped kitchen. A queen sized bed, and your own private deck make this an ideal getaway space for couples. Private entrance up 5 stairs. Key code is provided before check in. Parking available for 2 vehicles. The Studio is located on the bottom floor of a duplex. Please understand that this is a shared building. While we've done extra insulation and soundproofing to dampen noise between suites, we still ask that you be respectful of the other guests. We live on the property and are happy to help if need be. Quiet and rural location only a 5-minute drive to town, walk across road to the skybridge via our trail system!
