Located top floor, riverfront of this award-winning development, OSO Summit offers endless, pristine views of the mountains, Kicking Horse Resort and the Kicking Horse River. Soak up all-day sunshine & watch the sunset from your private riverside balcony. Head next door to Ethos Cafe and Whitetooth Brewing. - Locally handcrafted entry bench
Samsung 55" Smart T.V. . The TV is set up ready for you to enjoy your favourite streaming services.
- Dedicated workspace with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi
- Heated floors in Bathroom
- Central heat and Central cooling
- Supplemental baseboard heat on thermostats

- In Suite Laundry
- Dedicated covered parking for 1 (mid-sized) vehicle with power outlet and lockable storage for sports gear.
You will have access to the entire condo and private balcony. Guest access is self-check in with keypads. One designated, free, covered parking space - suitable for a mid-sized vehicle - is provided right next to the building's entry. This is where you will also find your storage lock-up for ski equipment, bikes or golf clubs.
Enter the Oso Building using the keypad, take the elevator to the top floor and enter your home away from home via keypad lock, pre-programmed for you.
Please note - we have one designated locked cleaning cabinet, in the laundry area, that is not accessible for guests.
Self check in, and everything for an incredible stay is provided. However, if you need help or have questions during your stay - we live in Golden and will be happy to assist.
