You’ll find the BEST of both worlds in our 1BD/1BA condo that’s located across from Gulf Shores West public beach with views of “ Little Lagoon” from the condo deck or while eating at the kitchen table.

Careful thought was placed in decorating and stocking our condo. It has been updated throughout with new kitchen backsplash, stainless steel appliances, large single bowl kitchen sink with arched pull down facet, fresh coat of paint on walls, oversized walk-in shower, granite countertop in bath, recessed lights, custom bedroom wall sconces that can be dimmed, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, arched cutout with shelves in living room, and slate floors throughout common areas. A dual USB/outlet at the kitchen bar has been installed to charge devices without ports.

Fully stocked kitchen with the usual utensils and cookware. Additional items are: Keurig Duo (coffee pot/pods), toaster, blender, lobster set, wine glasses, shot glasses, cheese grater and two stock pots for seafood meals, boiling fresh seafood or soups. A under cabinet stereo/cd player is also in the kitchen to enjoy tunes while you cook or lounge around. The living room has a seven ft couch (doesn’t open to bed but easily the size of a twin size bed, linens in bedroom closet to covert it to a twin if needed) and sturdy chair that can connect to the ottoman for the perfect area to take a catnap or even sleep!

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets overlooking “Little Lagoon” while unwinding on the pub style outdoor furniture.

In the center of the small condo complex, you’ll find “Paradise Isle” with the resort style pool/hot tub (lounge chairs provided) lined with tropical plants and palm trees. Grilling areas located on the east side of the resort (no personal grills allowed for fire safety) away from buildings.

Don’t forget your furry family member because THEY are WELCOMED too!! Two pet walks located in front of condo with pet sanitary station (baggies.)

After visiting several times a year, we decided to invest in our love (bought late August 2020), the white sands and crystal clear waters Gulf Shores offers.
