Backyard Oasis w/ Pool + Spa and Huge Game Room

The perfect house for all seasons with a resort-style backyard featuring a large pool and attached hot tub, outdoor dining and seating areas, and a BBQ grill. Enjoy our indoors as well including a fully stocked game room, large dining table for the family, a comfortable living room for movie nights, four bedrooms with ample beds plus office spaces, and so much more!

Our house max is 14 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of who is staying the night.


 

Welcome to our little slice of heaven! There's so much to do indoors and outdoors!

Have a blast in our massive game room complete with a 75" TV, board/card games, arcade games, and table sports.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, electric stove, toaster, and blender. It's also fully stocked with all your kitchen basics including coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses, plates/bowls, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, baking sheets, Tupperware, spice rack, etc.

• Start your morning right at our coffee station fully stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, various flavors of coffee and tea, plus the various sweeteners and creamers you'll need.

• Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our cozy living room complete with a comfortable sectional couch and 55" smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming services. (No streaming subscriptions are provided, you'll be logging in with your own accounts)

• Swimming pool with lounge chairs and pool noodles. (Pool is 6.5' at its deepest)
Note: The spa is kept around 102° and runs 10AM-10PM. The pool is not heated.

• This is a single story home with 2 full bathrooms, one in the hallway and one in the primary bedroom.

• Sleeping arrangements...
- Bedroom 1: (2) Full size bunk beds (so (4) individual mattresses) + (1) futon couch that lays out into a Full size bed (linens are not provided for futon)
- Bedroom 2: (1) Queen size bed
- Bedroom 3: (1) Queen size bed + (1) office desk/chair
- Bedroom 4: (1) Queen size bed + (1) Full size bunk bed (so (2) mattresses) + (1) Full size futon (linens not provided) + (2) office desks/chairs

Other notes about the home:
There are no shared spaces, the entire home including backyard is exclusively for your group and the check-in process is fully automated using our smart lock.

Parking:
The garage is not accessible to our guests. There is ample, free street parking.
There is also a driveway on the back side of the home with room for 4 vehicles. You’re welcome to park there and walk around the left side of the home to access the front door.

We do not allow more than 14 guests at this home at any one time, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

Check-in is 4PM-10PM and checkout is at 10AM. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home. No exceptions.

We do not allow pets at this home.

Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all standard consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.
