Welcome to an exquisite new studio apartment, perfectly located just TWO blocks from La Paz's Malecón. This contemporary space is located on the ground floor of a charming building that offers a variety of amenities, including a rooftop with mesmerizing views of La Paz Bay, cozy seating areas, and a convenient charcoal grill. In addition, it provides a private parking space for convenience and security.



Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the rooftop with breathtaking views of the city's sunset. Perched atop the building, it provides an ideal vantage point to witness the enchanting panorama of La Paz as the sun dips below the horizon.



As you step onto the rooftop, you'll find a spacious and well-designed area dedicated to outdoor cooking and entertainment. The BBQ area is thoughtfully arranged with high-quality touch and ample preparation space. It is equipped with all the necessary tools and utensils to ensure a delightful culinary experience.



The rooftop also has a guest bathroom, and we can provide a cooler for your refreshment beverages.



To use the BBQ grill, you must book it in advance with our staff.



Housekeeping: for stays of 4 nights or longer, we offer one complimentary light housekeeping service (hotel-style). If you would like to schedule it, please let us know at least one day in advance. Service is available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Additional housekeeping services are available for $25 USD (or $400 MXN) per service.

BBQ grill works with charcoal, and it must be purchased by our guests.

Transportation options available in La Paz include private transportation such as Uber, DiDi although sometimes there are not many options available, we suggest using the In Driver app.



Taxis and bicycle rental services are also a good option.



The building has a private gated parking, you will be provided with a control clicker upon arrival to open the electric gate and you can only use the designated spot.



*In case you lose or damage the gate control clicker, you will be charged with a fee.

One of the main highlights of this studio is its prime location near the Malecón of La Paz. Just a short walk away, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, and scenic waterfront views, making it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant atmosphere, whether for a relaxed stroll or a day by the sea.



Cleaning service is included upon request to help keep the studio fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.



As the property is located in an active downtown area, guests may occasionally experience typical urban sounds such as street activity, marina movement, or nearby construction. These conditions are part of the natural dynamics of a growing city and are beyond our control. This studio is ideal for guests who value location, walkability, and an authentic city experience.

Once your booking is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a registration link from our secure guest verification platform, SafeGuest, either by email or message. This quick registration helps us have everything ready for your check-in and ensures a smooth arrival experience. As part of the process, you'll also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or choose the damage protection insurance option. Please rest assured that this is a completely secure process, and any information you provide is used solely for your reservation and registration.
