The space:
Come experience the beauty of the Catskills from the comfort of our Away Upstate retreat. Whether you're a nature lover, an adventure seeker, or simply in search of a peaceful getaway, our mountain retreat is a perfect place to create lasting memories.

The home is a two bedroom, 1 bath newly updated space located between the towns of Woodstock and Saugerties. Just 2hrs north of NYC, 25min from Rhinecliff Amtrak station or 5min from the Woodstock Trailways stop.

The space has been designed to accommodate up to two couples, a small family or a group of friends or family (any combination of 4-6 people). The Wifi is setup with 1tbps to make it a work friendly environment throughout your stay.

The large main bedroom has 1 king bed and ample storage space within the dresser and closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with full closet and beautiful morning light. Both bedroom offers hotel quality linens.

Off the main living room, you will find a secondary room that includes a working desk, tv, games, as well as a twin daybed that pulls out to include a second bed. This room transforms to include up to two single sleeping arrangements.

The bathroom has a full shower, toilet and vanity. It comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup towels, and a hair dryer. You will also find the washer & dryer as well as hotel quality linens.

Our well equipped kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiast featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. Prepare a delicious meal and dine at our large dining room table or dine alfresco on the spacious deck, where you can soak in the fresh mountain air and revel in the spectacular scenery.

The living room is the heart of the home. In the center you will find a woodstove equipped with wood and fire starters. Enjoy the sounds of new and vintage tunes from our record player and collection.

A bonus room for the summer months is the sunroom that offers a great space for games, dinners or for using as a workstation.

Venture into the backyard where you'll discover a private firepit surrounded by comfortable seating. Share stories and laughter with loved ones as you roast marshmallows under the starlit Catskill sky.

For those seeking adventure, the Catskills offer an array of outdoor activities. Hike scenic trails, ski the winter slopes, take a deep in a secret swimming hole, explore charming nearby towns, or simply unwind in the hammock with a good book---the choice is yours.
Guest access
Make yourself at home! You will have the entire home and property all to yourself. Please feel free to explore the yard, listen to some records, roast s’mores at the firepit, grill outside on the deck, play lawn games in the front yard, borrow a book for your stay, and help yourself to anything in the kitchen.

Access to the home is by smart lock. Your custom codes will be sent to you via messenger after you book.
