Welcome to Oceandreamz, a brand-new, two-million-dollar beachfront mansion designed for unforgettable group getaways, weddings, and family retreats. This luxury home sleeps up to 32 guests and sits directly on the beach with unobstructed Gulf views, private beach access, and an extra lot next door for ample parking.

The home is built for both comfort and entertaining, featuring three spacious living rooms with smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen designed to handle large group meals. The kitchen includes two ovens, two refrigerators, two microwaves, three ice makers, and a dishwasher. You’ll also have two sets of washers and dryers for added convenience.

Sleeping arrangements include 8 bedrooms and 18 total beds. There are 6 king bedrooms, including 4 king master en suite bedrooms, plus a large en suite bunk room with 4 queen beds. Every bedroom includes a 55-inch smart TV.

Upstairs, the third-story game room offers incredible ocean views, a smart TV, mini fridge, pool table, and multi-arcade game table. The home also includes a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, as well as a fitness area equipped with a treadmill, dumbbells, yoga mat, jump rope, and an ab roller.

Outside is where Oceandreamz truly stands out. The private backyard features a heated and cooled saltwater pool overlooking the ocean, complete with a removable volleyball net, basketball hoop, and lockable safety gates. There are two hot tubs—one on the main deck overlooking the ocean and another located under the home near the outdoor bar.

Under the home, you’ll find a large outdoor entertainment area featuring a TV, Alexa speaker, ping pong table, cornhole (bags), washers game, ladder toss, mini fridge, outdoor fans, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. The space also includes mini putt-putt golf, a playground, and a large firepit with seating for 15 (firewood provided).

The fully fenced yard provides privacy and is perfect for pets, while the landscaped grounds with palm trees create a true beachfront-resort feel. The home also includes furnished decks for lounging and two outdoor gas grills for cooking.

Additional features include a cargo lift for easy transport of luggage and added accessibility, fast Starlink internet, smart Alexa speakers throughout, and direct private beach access.

Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire property, including the home, backyard, and all amenities. Enjoy full use of the heated/cooled pool, both hot tubs, game room, and direct private beach access. The home also features a cargo lift for easy transport of luggage and groceries, ideal for added convenience and accessibility. An extra lot next door provides ample parking for large groups.

While we are not on-site during your stay, our team is always available via phone, text, or the booking app and responds quickly to any questions or needs. Starter Supplies:
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) is provided. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

Security:
For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are disarmed during guest stays, and there are no cameras inside the home.

After booking, a rental agreement will need to be signed. A $500 security deposit is due immediately after booking and is refunded within 48 hours of checkout if nothing is broken, damaged, or missing.
