Private, coded, and renovated with vintage charm and modern updates, this fully-furnished, spacious basement unit is located downtown and close to Cherry Street, Brookside, BOK (downtown), Cains Ballroom (downtown), The Brady Theater (downtown), and The Gathering Place.

This two-bedroom unit includes one king size and one queen size bed and a couch that sleeps one. (A blow-up mattress is available upon request.)

Parking is available onsite. You`ll have access to the entire unit and shared/fenced backyard, including dog-run, patio, grill and fire pit.

We love this place because all Tulsa’s greatest features are just a mile or 2 away in every direction. It’s the perfect location if you are visiting town for business or pleasure, while keeping a quiet and safe place to rest, and a coffee bar to wake-up to! We appreciate you staying with us in Tulsa!

Driving is the best way to get around town. Or call Lift/Uber. There are bicycles to rent both downtown and by the River. Please enjoy your stay!

Since this is an apartment building, guests may hear others in the hallway or in a nearby unit.

For extra safety precaution exterior security cameras are in use.

We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.

- We try and create a hotel-like feel with our all-white linens. Should any bed or bath linens be permanently stained at the end of your visit, you will be charge according to the following fee schedule:
