If you haven’t been to Silverthorne lately, you need to give it a visit! The downtown area has been completely revamped with exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this riverfront condo! There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. There’s also a free bus stop to the slopes just a 3-minute walk away!

River West Buffalo Mountain Condo is a premium 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s fantastic for groups of up to four. The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen Smart TV; and just outside, there’s a patio directly overlooking the Blue River and Ptarmigan Peak. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or full meals. There’s seating for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The property is in a great location! Close to everything the area has to offer. The condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Blue River from the balcony. It was perfect for us. I got the bedroom and my daughter got the murphy bed

We had a wonderful visit here! The condo overlooks the beautiful Blue River. And you can hear the flow of the river from the condo, it’s absolutely lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The chairs on the porch were perfect to sit out and read while listening to the river. There’s a great coffee shop nearby called “red buffalo coffee” and Target and shopping outlet is within a mile. The main bedroom has a firm mattress if you like that. Plenty of extra blankets available which is great because it was chilly at night. We would stay here again, we loved it!

Amazing Views, Great Location

We had a great time staying in this condo. Everything was perfect inside, had everything that we needed. Owners were very responsive. The extra "office" with a bed would have been great if we had extra people as well. It snowed and the views were incredible off the balcony! Great proximity to the resorts as well as many restaurants and stores just down the road. Would highly recommend and stay here again! Our best condo experience out there yet.

Great location in Silverthorne

Perfect for what we needed. Very close to Catholic Church. Ate at Sauce on the Blue twice. Highly recommend. Took about 20 minutes to get to Arapahoe Basin for skiing. Great view of the Blue River from the balcony. More convenient than staying in Wildernest, where we had stayed before.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was good. I do think updating the decor could help tremendously. I felt like I was staying in an older persons home with dated decor. I also don’t like the location as we had to cross a busy street to get to the bike path.. it just stopped at one point so that was disappointing. I’d also suggest getting a smaller bed or removing the closet doors. It was hard to walk around the room without hitting your feet everytime and it was just all around tight. It was nice having the kitchen to use and overall location was good, walkable.
