Guests will have access to the entire main house & above-garage studio, 4 parking spots in the garage and the washer and dryer in the garage.
Welcome to our family's Lake Tahoe retreat, where you can be among the first to experience the comfort of our mountain home and detached studio.
THE MAIN HOUSE:
- (Downstairs) Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed
- (Downstairs) Bunkroom: Twin Bed over a Queen Bed
-(Downstairs) Full Bathroom (shared)
-Upstairs) Loft with workspace
- (Upstairs) Master Bedroom: Queen bed (with attached bathroom)
THE STUDIO (above the garage):
- 1 king bed + sofa bed
- Gas fireplace
- Radiant heating + portable heater
- Drip coffee maker + French press
- Please note the studio does not have a stove, oven or refrigerator.
PARKING:
- 4 parking spots: 2 in garage (the garage is pretty short (height-wise so it only fits a small SUV/car.), 2 immediately in front of the garage parking spot in the driveway. Max height is approx 79” for a car to fit in garage.
Indulge in a night of restful sleep on our brand-new and extremely comfortable Saatva and Casper mattresses.
The indoor living space features a Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system.
After a day of exploration, return to the warmth of the fireplace, where you can curl up on the couch for a movie.
For those who need to work during their stay, a dedicated desk setup in the loft overlooks the beautiful living room windows.
Our well-appointed kitchen awaits, equipped with everything you need for enjoyable home-cooked meals, including a double oven and six-burner gas range.

Our home is approximately 6 minutes away from Homewood Ski Resort, 8 minutes from Meeks Bay, and 9 minutes from the McKinney/Rubicon Trailhead. All of Tahoe's epic adventures are just minutes away!
OUR DRIVEWAY: The driveway has a short, steep section leading up to the main motor court/garage. AWD is the minimum requirement, 4WD and/or snow tires strongly recommended. If you don’t have it, there may be instances where you have to walk up, grab a shovel and clear the driveway if the plow didn’t come through.
Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home.
STR Permit #: STR24-8646 | Max Daytime Occupancy is 14 (excluding guests 12 and younger); Max Overnight Occupancy is 10 (excluding guests 12 and younger) - 8 adults max | 2 Parking Spots.
