INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME-
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and have a kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender, Crock Pot.

Kitchen-
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide some basic spices including salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are guaranteed to be provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

House Supplies-
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

Other Items-
Listing does include Washer & Dryer.
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior Cameras-
We have cameras at the property to monitor our guest and property safety, maintainance people, trash collection, and service providers. This property has an exterior camera above the entry door facing our entry and parking area. There is a camera viewing the backyard and deck stairs on the rain gutter giving a wide angle of backyard. A third is on the East side rain gutter facing our gravel parking area and trash cans.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of Pool/Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. Ensure the pool and tub safety covers are secured and locked when not in use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
