Fins up!

This condo is located at the Villas of Clearwater beach where you can enjoy a shared pool, grills and just steps from the beach.

Finns up is located on the top floor of building B.

As you walk in you will see an open floor plan with high ceilings, perfect space for your family vacation.

This beach condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6 guests total.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom boasts two full-size beds and a smart TV.

With 1100 square feet of living space, you'll have room to relax and make lasting memories with loved ones.

The living room is designed for relaxation and offers access to a private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. Plenty of comfy seating makes it an inviting space to enjoy.

The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new GE appliances and stunning quartz countertops, making meal preparation a joy.

This condo offers a true beachside experience with no streets to cross. Simply venture down the stairs to enjoy the pool or continue down to the beach, where sun, surf, and sand await.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

A Great Stay

We spent 11 days on Clearwater Beach. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for us. It was very accessible to everything that we needed. The easy access to the condo and pool area was wonderful. We plan to visit again soon.

Mothers day weekend

We had a wonderful and restful getaway with some of our family. Would definetly stay here again. Quiet area, soooo close to beach and walking distance to shops, food and entertainment. Very clean, stocked kitchen and even beach supplies with towels. Pool was an added amenity we used often.

I'd love to stay there again!

Absolutely perfect! Clean, and just as pictured.There were beach towels, and numerous other necessities for a day at the beach. Great location as it's just steps from the beach, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Perfect spring break

This property was fantastic for our family of four. Close walking distance to anything we needed, beach very close and not too crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Was happy to find some beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great week.

Beach Vacation

The property was just as advertised. The location was superb being just steps from the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It was clean with plenty of space and the Communication from the property manager was top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The manager was exceptionally responsive!
