House accommodated our family well. Plenty of room. Only a couple of concerns: The floors needed a little extra attention in cleaning and a few more kitchen amenities would be nice ( a couple of stove top pots and maybe a few utensils: whisk or hand mixer, serving spoons)Location was great and near everything to do and shop.

Wonderful experience!

We loved this house and location. The house had 2 livingroom areas which was great for conversations away from the tv, and playing with our great grand kids! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean. I suggest that you bring any spices with you!! There are great walking trails closeby that take you away from traffic. The stay was very enjoyable!!you may want to cook withthat

Quiet and refreshing

The property met our needs. We found it stocked with everything necessary. My favorite part was the trees. The neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint was the kitchen table only sat 6 and we had 7 with us.

Great weekend accommodation!

Accurate amenities and comfortable stay for my wife and i to enjoy with friends while in Dallas for a tennis tournament. Equal or better than staying at a hotel. Private rooms for all and relaxing living spaces. Disclaimer: I am a para wheelchair user and was able to access everything in my wheelchair except the bathrooms. I am able to get out of my chair so I and others made it work. I would not recommend this location if that is not possible for you.

Great space

This house had plenty of space for our whole family and animals. We had a great backyard for our dog to run around and the kids to play. There were a couple of cobwebs here and there, but it didn’t feel dirty or messy. We did not receive the check-in info until I called VRBO and the host company twice. Make sure you receive check in info during business hours and not late at night when you are trying to get in. Great house, we would stay there again.

Family Visit

The house has great space for interacting with family. We had a toddler, couple of teens, parents and grandparents. Plenty of bedrooms to be comfortable and places to hang out and play games, etc. Basics only in kitchen, no mixing/serving bowls or any pantry items at all. Inside the house was clean however the patio space could use some attention. All in all, the property met our needs and would consider using it again in the future.

Great yard!

Great space! We were able to really relax. The yard was huge and completely fenced in for my dog. The driveway is a touch tricky to navigate, but there is parking available on the street if you’re anxious. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very nice! There are great walking trails nearby. The only complain I had was we had they supplied the wrong coffee filters for the coffee machine and I didn’t notice until I went to make coffee in the morning… also, the shower in the master suite was not operational, though the bathtub was just fine and there was a great shower in the other bathroom. For my kids the space was perfect! We really got to spread out and relax. The checkout process was literally the easiest checkout I have ever had in any rental or hotel. They really took care of everything.

We live down the road and rented while we were having interior painting done at our house. The house is old, but fixed up. Loose tiles on floor throughout. Closet doors and drawers broken and difficult to open and close. A few thin towels provided. Very disappointed in lost and found policy. We left a couple of things and they would not allow us to reclaim them personally. We live very close but they are charging us a $45 fee and $55 shipping for $100 total. They refuse to let us pick up despite living in the same locale. It seems extortive of “rent on your own terms” to do this. Would not rent from this company again.
