Willkommen bei Kardinal Barsch

Kardinal Barsch ist ein unverwechselbares Zuhause mit maßgeschneiderter Handwerkskunst. Mit Stücken wie dem Tisch aus Granit im Bankett-Stil, Holzsitzmöbeln, Steinkücheninsel, handgefertigten Holzdecken und vielem mehr ist dieses Haus voller Bergcharakter.

Die Hauptebene bietet ein offenes großes Zimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Küche, die alle durch eine Fensterfront auf die Berggipfel blicken. Der benutzerdefinierte leathered Stein Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Gäste bequem, insgesamt 15 einschließlich der Insel Sitzplätze. Das große Zimmer ist um eine benutzerdefinierte Steinmauer mit Live-Rand Mantel, Stein Herd, Gas-Kamin und riesigen HDTV zentriert. Sogar das halbe Badezimmer im Foyer ist ein vollständig individuelles Kunstwerk.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine komplett private King-Master-Suite mit bequemen Möbeln, Gewölbedecke und eigenem Hauptbadezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und einer übergroßen Steindusche mit rahmenlosen Glastüren und -wänden. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist am besten von der Master-Suite.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Spielbereich. Der 8-Fuß-Schiefer Billardtisch, Karte und Spieltisch, ein Schrank voller Spiele und Puzzles und Bar alle ergänzen eine zentrale 100 "Leinwand für Filme, TV und Gaming. Es gibt bequeme liegende Theaterbestuhlung, um Ihre Lieblingsfilme und -spiele zu genießen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen "Hobbit-Raum" unter der Treppe, der für Kinder bunt und lustig ist.

Der Beech Mountain Club bietet:

Breath taking property and great customer service!

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. the amenities were great! Our group absolutely loved our stay and we would definitely stay here again! The Cardinal Perch was unreal!

The view was unreal! The house was clean and the theater/game room was awesome!! Definitely recommend staying here. We have been to the mountains a lot and this is by far the best views we have seen!

Beautiful home

We had a very nice stay at Cardinal Perch with 2 other families. The layout is perfect especially for teenagers! They enjoyed the entire downstairs to themselves. Beautiful views and a quiet area made this trip amazing! We will definitely rent again.

Didn’t want to leave

We have stayed at Beech Mountain many times over the years and this home was by far the best. The floor plan, the view, the amenities, distance to the slopes, and hot tub were just a few of the perks. I highly recommend this one. It was also very clean.

Really nice home, linens and kitchen were clean and nice. The house is spacious and a great spot to hang out. The view was amazing. Only negative: cigarette butts left in backyard

Family Getaway

We rented this house so we could have a family getaway. It was perfect for everyone. Each family had their own room and space. The downstairs basement was a blast with the pool table and movie room. There was something for everyone. The entire home is beautiful and ample seating to feed our family.

Wonderful getaway

Awesome cabin! Warn and friendly community. A perfect location to spend time with your family. The only hiccup was due to bad cell connection I was not able to communicate with the management office when i arrived. Otherwise I highly recommend.

House and views were amazing! Very well appointed and a great kitchen for our group that loves to cook! ….our only small complaint was it could’ve been a little cleaner. A lot of dusty floors and furniture..especially in the master bedroom and bathroom. Other than that, it was just perfect for our family! I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great Stay

The cabin was great for two families. It had tons of space for the teens downstairs in the tv/game room and the large great room/kitchen area on the main floor is great for the adults. It is a five minute drive to the slopes and the level parking and easy access into the house was incredibly convenient for loading and unloading. The furniture is probably close to the end of its useful life and needs an upgrade based on the quality/price of the cabin itself, but that would be our only minor note. The property management company communicated incredible well and were very responsive when we had a minor issue. We would definitely come back.

Great house terrible rental company

House was great, rental company was not. Forced me and my family with two young children to wait in our car for 3 hours past check in in 19 degree weather because house had not been cleaned yet and would not let us in to house to stay in a room while it was cleaned. Could not go inside until 7pm, and was never provided access code from company to go inside. Cleaning crew had to let us inside. Never have I been treated so terribly and will never stay at any house managed by this company again.

Thank you for pointing out your frustrations. We use any critique as a tool to improve our services. We did alert you prior to your arrival of the delay in having the home ready. This is done in the hopes that you could alter your drive time so as to avoid waiting outside the home. I believe you were compensated for this as well. We also sent via email directions to the home along with entry codes , perhaps you just overlooked those. Protection from Covid is paramount for both our guest as well as our staff. We asked that guest not be in homes when the claning crew is on site in an effort to minimize the risk of coming in contact with an infected person unknowingly. Im sure as someone with small children once that this is explained you would certainly appreciate that type of caring shown y the cleaning staff. Again thank you for the helpful criticisms and we truly hope that you will try our services again on your next visit to the High Country.

The house is gorgeous and cozy! The views are amazing and theater/ game room is so fun!! It’s close to the slopes! The only issues was that There was miscommunication about our arrival date and so they weren’t done cleaning when we got there. They left a lot of cleaning incomplete. ( full dirty dishwasher upon arrival, dirty pants in a room, no starter soap) The popcorn machine was dirty and the cleaners didn’t pull out the popcorn to leave for us to use( we found it in the owners closet though) That was a cleaning service issue though, not a management company issue. The management worked with us and resolved our issues. I would highly recommend this property though.

Amazing Views and amenities

What an absolutely stunning property with views that cannot be beat and a phenomenally furnished house a layout perfect for family and stunning custom furniture. Our family of 10 including Grandparents, kids and grandchildren all could not have been happier. What incredible views and what a way to reconnect at a place like this!

Get Away

The house was wonderful and the view was amazing. I would add a deep freezer to the property. The blinds needed to be cleaned and it was a problem with the door code; however, I will rent this location again.

Cardinal Perch Stay

The house was nice, spacious and clean. The views were very nice. The house could use a paint refresh and a really good carpet cleaning as well as some new kitchens supplies.

Perfect Location!

The property was exactly what I was looking for to host our family for my son’s wedding. A short drive to the Overlook Barn where the event was hosted. The Mountain View from the back porch was stunning, especially at sunset. We were able to host a dinner for the bride & groom, and the property offered many activities to entertain guests (fire pit, hot tub, pool table and theater). It was everything we hoped for and we definitely recommend this property!
