Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned pool keys/fobs are subject to a $250–$300 replacement fee.



Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub located within Indian Palms Country Club & Resort. These facilities are available exclusively to guests staying within the community. Community pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Friday–Saturday). Please note that hours may be adjusted by the HOA, so we recommend confirming the posted hours during your stay.



Pool heating is $50/day (spa heating is free; allow up to 24 hours to warm).



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas (a per-bed fine applies if pet hair is found).



The HOA prohibits street parking, max 4 vehicles; violations risk a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
