The apartment is in the closed area of ​​Las Colinas, where there are several golf courses, the nearest one is only 1.5 km from the apartment.

Near the beautiful beaches of Playa de la Glea (7 km) and Playa Mil Palmeras (11 km).

The apartment has:

✔️terrace with seating, awning, deckchairs and gas grill (view of the pool and valley, in good weather you can see the sea as well)

Complete equipment: air conditioning, outdoor blinds, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, dryer, hair dryer, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, complete kitchen equipment for cooking and dining, towels and bed linen, 2x TV, WiFi connection and a grill.

Also there are two swimming pools with sunbeds, an outdoor toilet and a shower near the house.
In addition, a covered private parking space directly in front of the entrance.
There is a shared room in the house for storing bikes (bikes are not available).

In addition to golf, the Las Colinas golf club offers a tennis court and paddle courts, fitness, and massages. Yoga classes are held in season. All for a small extra fee, which is paid in the clubhouse.
There are also two restaurants in the club area - Italian and Japanese, a cafe and a mini market.

As a resident of Las Colinas, you can visit the beach club WOW Beach by Las Colinas (€9/day), located 7 km from the apartment at Playa de la Glea beach.
