What a pleasure to hear the home lived up to expectations. The screened porches are a favorite feature, so we're glad they added something to your stay. Being just a short walk from the beach makes the location hard to beat. Thank you for the kind words. You're always welcome back anytime.

Excellent beach spot

Enjoyed out time on the beach in IOP so much we expect to return in the future. House was laid out well for us (3 couples and one other adult) with 4 bedrooms that had jack-n-jill baths and a large central area for gathering. Check in and communication with management company was outstanding.

Location! Location! Location!

We were in town for a dance competition in North Charleston & this place was perfect for two/three families! It is so close to the beach & spacious! Isle of Palms is beautiful & this house is in the perfect location to not have to deal with driving to the beach! Two screened in porches that we sat in a lot & plenty of parking! This place is not the most updated for the area but was perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Allyn! We’re so glad the home worked out perfectly for your group during the dance competition. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, convenient beach access, and those screened-in porches — they really are a great place to relax. While the home may not be the most updated in the area, we’re happy it met your needs and provided a comfortable, convenient stay. We’d love to welcome you back next time you’re in Isle of Palms!

We absolutely love this house. This was our second seasons visiting the area and staying at this house. It easily sleeps 3 couples with a bedroom of two single beds for kids or additional people. We cook breakfast, lunch, and most dinners. The house is completely stocked with all the utilities needed. The grill worked great and the big porches provided a lot of additional space in the cool of the mornings and late evenings. The house is great and we love spending time there. We easily communicated with the AvantStay to resolve any challenge. This is our 3rd stay with AvantStay and they are continually improving their customer experience. I really appreciate being to obtain a house where I know we can reach out to AvantStay and have challenges resolved quickly while not making you feel that you matter.

It means a lot to hear you've come back to this house for a second season. It's great to know the layout continues to work so well for your three couples, that the kitchen has everything you need to cook most of your meals, and that the grill and big porches are earning their keep in the cool mornings and evenings. Thank you as well for the kind words about our team and for noticing the improvements across your three stays with us. Being easy to reach and quick to help is exactly what we aim for. We would love to welcome you back for season three.

Great for a family vacation

We went there -with my family- to relax before the start of the school year. Excellent property. Even thought is a little bit old, it is very well maintained, spacious and fully equipped. The 2 screened porches were wonderful. We always had breakfast in one of them. The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach and it is only a 5 minute the drive to supermarket/restaurants. The property manager was great. When we arrived, there was no power due to a localized power outage caused by a storm. They even offered us and alternative location for that first night and then checked to make sure that we were fine. The also helped us with beach and baby gear rental services. I highly recommend this property.

Family vacation 2022

Location was great! One block from beach. House has open floor plan with 2 bedrooms on either side which connect to bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans and appliances. Yard is small but we mostly stayed outside on the wonderful screen porch.

Great house

This was exactly what we were looking for. The house has a great, relaxed beach cottage feel. It's nice, but not too precious. We immediately felt right at home. The main living areas are larger than they look, and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great floor plan & Great location

2 families stayed here and it was perfect. The house is so cute and well taken care of. It is an open floor plan with plenty of bedrooms and well stocked. It was close to the end of the island, so even though it was a busy holiday week/weekend we were away from the traffic. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an easy relaxing week with our families!

We didn’t want to leave!

Our family really appreciated this updated house just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Every room was large & the screened porches were a bonus. We loved the well equipped kitchen and many thoughtful touches that made this feel like a home. (Only significant suggestion is pest control treatment for the exterior ant population in yard & on driveway.)

Great Week at IOP

We had great time this year, the house was exactly like it was described on the website. Very Clean, very well equipped, it was very spacious and comfortale for 6 adults and two three year olds, a perfect location (this end of the island is my favorite), the price was good, weather was perfect, we could not have had better week. Beachside Vacations was very informative, kept us informed about our Check-In time and Check-Out procedures which was very helpful, the whole process from renting, arrival and departure was awesome, so thanks for a good Vacation. Hope to work with you in the future.
