Einheit 903 ist ein direkter Strand / Golf Front wunderschöne Wohnung! Professionell dekoriert und auf Komfort ausgelegt! Das Gerät verfügt über einen sehr geräumigen Grundriss mit einem übergroßen Wohnbereich mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und den Strand! Das Wohnzimmer bietet viele bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen übergroßen HD-Fernseher. Alle Zugang zum geräumigen Golf-Vorderdeck! Das Deck hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand, den Golf und sogar den Perdido Pass!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Queen-Size-Betten. Mit dem Schlafsofa schläft diese Wohnung bequem 10! Wir haben Flachbildfernseher in jedem Zimmer.

Die Küche ist mit neuen Schränken, Granit- und Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet und bietet alles, was Sie zum Essen benötigen.

Nice place, could use some renovations.

This is the second time my family has stayed in this exact unit, so we have clearly enjoyed our time there. It’s a nice place for a vacation. However, I will stare that it could use some renovations. One bathroom has been renovated and is really nice, the other is not.

Great vacation

The room was as shown and location was perfect to go any way for food or activities. Had 2 elevators down out of 4 during our stay so getting to and from room was a bit of a slow down but otherwise great. The beach mat to help get down to the beach was an excellent surprise!! Would return and recommend to others.

The room was clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Check in and out process was easy with communication by text message. Liked having a code rather than a key or card to keep up with when entering the room. Would definitely recommend this room for your visit. 9th floor with an amazing view of beach. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here . We loved being so close to the beach with a convenient walk out and balcony to overlook the beach. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The communication with the property owner was great - we needed batteries for a remote control and they responded quickly and has someone up there within a couple hours . Cleanliness was ok- had a shard of glass on the floor when we got there , and some dusty baseboard corners , but really not too bad. We would definitely come back !

The property furniture needs some updating. Especially the outdoor furniture. Not as welcoming has pictured. Also in the bedroom wirh the double queen beds the tv didnt work. I reqched out for assistance someone cqme qnd lookat the tv and said it needed replacing and would be back but never came back. So my son ended up sleeping on the couch. The location is great next to lots of fun things. We loved the warf and the gulf to eat. The lady atthe front desk of condo was rude and unhelpful as well. This condo is on the 9th floor so it has great view's.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The views were perfect, with lots of boat traffic to watch being fairly close to an inlet. The living room and balcony furniture were very comfortable and clean. While the mattresses in the 2-bed room left quite a bit to be desired, the others were adequate and all the linens were very clean. This company provided excellent communication and customer service, far exceeding our stays in other places. The amenities were in great condition and well maintained. Parking is very pricey at $55/car, but this seems to be typical in this area. The only other place for improvement is the hall bath which the two secondary rooms share. It’s very small and the bathtub could use a redo. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would return!

Everything about the condo was great, but one thing. A lot of the electrical outlets were loose. So it was hard to find a plug to charge our phones and tablets. We also brought our Roku device and the outlet let on the left side of the living room tv was loose so I had to use the right side and unplugged a device. Outlets behind the sofa were loose or r not working. Outlet n the kitchen has problems also.

Nice but needs work

The condo itself was nice and clean, the living room was very nicely decorated. We did have some issues that would keep us from staying in this unit again. The kitchen was dated and not very well stocked, no pizza cutter for instance. The dishwasher has a broken wheel that fell off everytime you pulled the bottom rack out. The dryer took forever to dry towels, when your at the beach you want to wash beach towels and it took over 2 hours to dry. This condo only had 6 bath towels, we had 6 people and like I said it took forever to dry the towels. The master bathroom has a broken toilet paper holder, so almost everytime you reached for it it fell off in the floor. And the worst part was the cold showers. I am usually not a picky person but for the money we spent to stay in this condo, we were very disappointed and wont return to this unit. The Phoenix VI was a great building, lots of carts, big pool, no complaints at all there!!! This condo definitely needs some improvements.

We are very sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay at this property. We would have immediately remedied each of the issues you mentioned in your review had you just sent us an email, text, or given us a call. We provide each guest with 3 numbers to text or call for 24/7 guest service. We explicitly state in our check in package to not hesitate to call us for anything. We, our house keepers, and inspectors are only in our properties for a little while every week between guests...we have to rely a little on guest feedback to let us know if something is not working properly, you have too few towels, or if a pizza cutter has gone missing. We wish we could catch everything but some of those things can be missed if you are not physically staying in the condo. Our main focus while we are in there is that the condo is cleaned and ready for you. This condo is supposed to have 10 towels left for each rental. Our office is 5 mins away and if I had known only 6 towels were there for you I would have immediately brought you more...day or night. Thank you for letting us know about the things needing attention. All will be handled immediately if they have not been resolved already. Next time, please give us or any rental manager a chance to offer you better service by simply reaching out to them if something is not just as you need, want, or expect. I think you will find that most of us will go out of our way to immediately resolve any issue.

This rental is For a select group of people

I do not submit reviews without great consideration of the impact that it may have on the owner of the property. Many of our Friends and Family VRBO their properties so I am aware of the consequences of receiving a poor or mediocre rating The sole reason for leaving this review is to make others aware that if you are flying to this destination it might be wise to find a place that doesn't have a "leave no trace" policy. Leave No Trace is a place that does not allow you to pay forward supplies or beach accessories. Everyone must purchase their own necessities. A few things that come to mind are trash bags, Paper towels, TP, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap from pump bottle, foil, plastic wrap, cooking spray, salt & pepper, spices and coffee filters. The list goes on and on. There literally is nothing left in the condo that isn't a dish or pan or utensil. You must pack or buy; beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella if you want to spend time at the beach. You can rent beach chairs for $40 per day so that is an option. They ask you to please keep all luggage off of the beds, which I totally understand, but there are not any folding luggage stands so you must unload your suitcase from the floor. It was also difficult to find somewhere to unload the contents to as there is not a compartment or dresser to put your cloths into. There was a night stand that had a tiny drawer so we used that for a few things. We shared the condo with another couple and they had the master bedroom so their storage was probably a different story. We tried to hang up as much as possible as there was a closet but it only had 8 hangers in it. If you are going on this vacation with just 2 adults and children then the kids probably won't mind living out of a suitcase on the floor. On a positive note: The beds were very comfy, The beach is beautiful, The pool area is perfect, the elevators are pretty quick responding, and there are many great restaurants to choose from. We probably would not return but that is only because it is not our type of unit. We really enjoy staying at places that allow you to pay supplies forward (if you buy a package of 36 trash bags you can leave it for the next group to enjoy). There were so many wasted supplies! Please remember it is almost impossible to find packages with 7-10 pieces of anything in them. I know that the leave no trace has nothing to do with covid as we have been staying at many VRBO's that allow for sharing supplies.

Amazing Condo

This unit was beautifully decorated with lots of room and a beautiful view!! Seating in the den was plentiful and very comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the light bulb outside entrance to the unit was out and it was dark coming in at night! We would definitely book this condo again for sure!!

Spacious comfy condo

We hadn’t been to OB in a few years. We vacationed with all family this year. We were looking for something spacious to spread out instead of stuffing everyone in a bunk. I was very happy with the layout of the condo and plenty of space on the beach.

Great place

Such a cute place! Plenty of room with 2 king bedrooms, and another bedroom with two queen beds. Sofa pulls out into a bed. Washer/dryer right in the unit. Trash shoot just down the hall. Great view of the beach! Big outdoor pool and big indoor pool with multiple hot tubs. Located in a central spot with multiple restaurants and things to do. Property owners are available 24/7 for any questions or concerns.
