This one bedroom one bathroom apartment located on the first floor also has a convertible sofa bed in the living room. TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials as well as a Keurig and coffee pods. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. The balcony is equipped with patio furniture so guests can enjoy fresh air. The space is also wheelchair accessible.
Guests will be provided an access code to the door to the apartment a few hours before check-in. There is a gate that secures the garage where there is free parking. During business hours, this gate is open, however, after business hours this gate is closed. Guests will also receive temporary access to the parking garage released the day of check in. Guest will be able to use all amenities of residents by using the key fob located on the kitchen counter next to the Welcome Book.

Situated in the Texas Hill Country where visitors are drawn to the scenic views. There are many attractions to experience such as natural pools, wineries, breweries, and events!
You can walk to everything! Shopping, fine and casual dining, and events are all within a short walk. If you choose to cook and need to shop for food, there is a Whole Foods Market that is a 4 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. Uber and Lyft are also options to get around if you don't want to drive or don't have a personal vehicle.
In the winter months, enjoy ice skating just steps away in the Galleria shopping center. In the warmer months spend time at nearby wineries, lakes, natural springs, or just hanging out at the Galleria!
Key fobs must be replaced if lost so there is a $100 fee if key fobs are lost so please take special care of this item as to not incur additional cost during your stay. Please leave the fob on the kitchen counter when you leave.
Service outages of any kind will not be cause for refunds or discounts to your stay.
***For stays longer than 28 days: -By booking a long stay, you understand and acknowledge that you are a guest in our home -No mail should be delivered to our home addressed to you (packages from Amazon or other similar platforms is ok) -Cleaning and linen change scheduled once a month beginning from the day of check-in at the convenience of the guest(s). An extra cleaning fee will be billed to the guest.
