Did a 40th bday party there with a group of 12. Worked out perfect. 2x Polaris 6 passenger carts that could get you wherever you wanted to go. The house was prefect for congregating and partying but allowing each family to have quiet space since the common area isn't attached to the casitas. Javi the butler was working hard the entire timing making sure people had what they wanted and Camron the chef made delicious food. It's a gem!

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived to the time we left. We didn’t want to leave! The staff is so friendly and personal they became like family. The service was great and they went above and beyond to provide any special requests they didn’t have such as making pina coladas for the kids and extra guacamole at every meal we still dream of the amazing food we ate at every meal and there was so much to do from the games inside and out to the pool right out the back porch and easy access to quickly walk or ride to the beach we were able to enjoy a relaxing vacation with no planning or hassle. It was such a memorable trip with amazing staff and a gorgeous stay. We can’t wait to go back sooner than later 🤞

This is our favorite vacation by far. Most of that has to do with the house and the staff. Everything was so organized and clean. The staff were so accommodating and they made everything so fun. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will be going back!

12/10 experience. This is our favorite place to stay in the area!! Everything is so nice! The on-site chef, butler, and maid is amazing and makes this vacation stand out from everything else. The staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The food was delicious and had a lot of variety. Going home with all clean laundry is a game changer and such a luxury. We loved the pool and swam in it all day. The poolside drinks were an extra bonus and super tasty. The “casamia special” was our favorite! You won’t regret staying here!

The perfect location

The home was beautiful and being inside a gated community with access to the beach clubs made our stay sorelaxing. Marcos was the perfect host and the chef prepared delicious food. We loved our time here!

13 of us spent 5 nights at casamia for my 50th birthday. It was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve all had. The service was impeccable. Uriel had everything set up for when we arrived. Javier was amazing and went above and beyond anything we’d hoped for. I just can’t say enough about what a great job he did. The food was excellent and many guests commented to me that it was better than the restaurants we went to. I can’t wait to go back some day!

A true vacation!!!

I have to say, everything about our stay was excellent! The villa was just wonderful and the staff was over the top! They took great care of us and were so so kind!!! The beach club was just a minute walk and it was gorgeous. We felt so safe the entire time. I highly recommend this villa and Punta Mita for a great stay with family or friends or both, we had the best time!!!

Great house

The layout is great for a group or large family as everyone has their own space but the common area in the middle draws everyone together to make lots of fun memories. We loved our stay. Marcos and Carmen and the rest of the staff are amazing. So helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue they were quick to address it.

We had 17 family members in to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. This house is amazing. Fit everyone very comfortably. The house is in excellent condition. It is close to the beach. The house staff were incredible. They made the trip. The prepared meals were delicious. The concierge team was so helpful arranging airport transfers and all other types of reservations. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Casa Mia. The home is absolutely beautiful. Everyone had lots of privacy in their en-suite casitas, and the main house was the perfect gathering place when we all wanted to be together. The staff was wonderful and took care of all our needs, from meals, housekeeping, laundry, etc. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and spa. The pool, in particular, got a lot of use.Every day, we visited one of the nearby beach resorts (access is included with the house). We spent countless hours swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, and enjoying oceanside drinks. The pools at the beach resorts are also great. Everyone agreed this was one of our favorite trips, and my family is already asking if we can come back next year.

Casamia was amazing! The house and property were so beautiful, clean and well cared for. It’s very spacious and comfortable with lots of games and activities on the property. The kids loved staying all together in the bunk room! The staff was incredible! Carmen makes delicious food that we will be dreaming about until our return! Flavio was so helpful and kind! Ana is the best housekeeper and cleaned up all the sand we inevitably tracked in each day. She even did our laundry! Javi is everyone’s best friend now and makes delicious drinks! Having the pool right on the deck is so fun! We had the best time here and can’t wait to come back!!

We could not have had a better experience at this house. The staff is absolutely amazing and treated us so well from beginning to end. The host made sure that everything was taken care of and communication was responded to quickly via email. The concierge took care of our transportation to and from the airport and any excursion needs. The butler was so fun and took care of us from serving us at meal time to anticipating our every need. He even made us amazing blended drinks to help us cool off while relaxing by the pool or popped us popcorn while playing games at night around the table. The chef prepared the most delicious meals that we requested from a menu a week before our stay. We couldn't get enough of the fresh salsa and guacamole at each meal. The maid was quietly working in the background cleaning and freshening up our rooms. We'd arrive back at the house after a few hours at the beach to made beds, new towels, and amazing smells. She even folded towels into animals to add some fun to the rooms. And the house has so many games to play. We could have spent all day at the house and filled our time with fun. The beach clubs are beautiful and provided a very relaxing environment. We went to different beach clubs every day and usually ended up going back to Kupuri beach club by the end of the day since it's a 3-4 minute walk from the house. What a blast! We can't wait to go back!

Nothing short of spectacular

I had very high expectations of this listing and it only exceeded everything I could have imagined. The house is perfectly located a 3 minute walk from a private beach club (or you can take one of the golf carts down the hill). But it was hard to leave this beautiful place. We were waited on hand and foot (yes, another mimosa and special hibiscus drink you invented for me!). From the elaborate breakfasts to the homemade chips with crevice and guacamole in the afternoon we never were hungry or thirsty. The house was always spotless! Plenty of room for everyone to do their own activities and hang out together. Nothing short of perfect!

Unbelievable!!!

I heard about this place thru a friend of a friend. 12 of us descended on Punta Mita for my wifes 40th birthday. The pictures do not capture the floorplan which is incredible for entertaining or bringing families, It really has 4 private bungalows? with their own bathrooms, a few outside showers, and a layout that swallows a lot of guests without feeling the least bit crowded. The staff is over the top, super helpful, and are like ninjas taking care of you. They are there, but aren't in your way. The food is so incredible you don't want to leave. The service is so good that when you do leave, the service everywhere else simply doesn't measure up to the staff at the house. The house has access to incredible golf and 3 beach clubs all having different atmospheres. The house is walking distance to the Kapuri beach club which in my opinion is the best of them. I guarantee if you rent this property you will be absolutely blown away!

Too many good things to say about Casamia! We just returned from a week at this beautiful property in PM. All 13 of us - grandparents, adults, teens, and kids - had one of our best vacations ever! As frequent and discerning travelers with high expectations, we can honestly say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The owner was extremely communicative during booking, and the concierge made pre-trip planning seamless. The house staff - manager, chef, housekeeper, and groundskeeper - was truly exceptional, going above and beyond daily. Having worked in hospitality, I know true luxury is anticipating needs. They exceeded expectations effortlessly: gorgeous healthy meals, fresh daily snacks (ceviche, guac, salsas, juices), beautiful landscaping, and an impeccably clean home maintained throughout the day. They even surprised us - on very short notice - with a birthday cake, decorations, and a special dinner!The layout accommodates large groups perfectly. Having private, separate suites for adults provided awesome privacy while keeping kids close by in the fun bunk room and additional suite. Between the stunning pool terrace, breathtaking views, and golf carts for easy transport, this was lo mejor de lo mejor! We will definitely return!

-Outstanding weather, staff and food. Highest compliments to this wonderfully run home. We had 3 generations enjoying this home, it really works for big groups. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and so very easy to have many people enjoy the house. We loved our time in Punta Mita.
