I'm sorry you feel this way and had a bad experience. Most of my guests have had an awesome time and remark how spotless the place is. We use professional cleaners, we are going to talk to them. In the description says the backyard is shared (Although we have scheduled to put a fence up to divide the backyard for extra privacy). You can flush toilet paper ONLY in the toilet. I wish you have reached out to me with all this concerns during your stay. I only got one text about the front screen door which as soon as you let me know, I booked a handyman to go as soon as possible. We could have work something out to make your stay more pleasant. Our reviews are excellent because we try to accommodate everyone's needs the best we can. As you can understand, we are all different and have different needs. We go above and beyond for our guests. I believe that's what it distinguish us from the rest.
