Super easy check-in and great communication. Night sky from hot tub 10/10. Super fast internet and satellite TV. Comfortable bed. Great experience!

AC wasn't turned on before we got there around 5pm and it was over 90 deg inside. The little AC unit could not get it below 75 until after midnight.

Thank you for letting us know. AC window units are usually left on during warm months. It sounds like this unit was unfortunately overlooked during our pre-arrival check. This year has been unusually warm. Air conditioning is typically not required at nearly 8,000 feet. While we do have window units for the lower levels these for smaller cabins, the multi-level spaces rely on open screened windows, box fans, and ceiling fans to stay cool upstairs. Normally, this unit stays sufficiently cool on its own, but the recent heat has been exceptional. We are inspecting the AC unit to ensure it is running at peak efficiency. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry that 75 degrees was uncomfortable for your stay.

Silence and no light pollution

The cabin is small but well fitted out with much thought, we loved our stay, laying in the hot tub gazing at the stars which were so clear due to no light pollution. we should have stayed longer as there is so much to do and explore.

Sagewood is just as pictured - compact but very comfortable. It is peaceful, quiet and private. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, eating on the patio while looking at the stars and surrounding views. Having access to a laundry facility is a plus and a trip to the Spa (in Bluebird cabin) is a must after long drives or strenuous hiking. Jennica gives a great massage - she very professional, friendly and attentive to your needs. If you like being in a remote location surrounded by nature and breathtaking views, this is your place. Ideal for visiting the town of Moab, Arches NP and La Sal Mountain Loop Road.

Wonderful getaway in the mountains!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights with my mini doxie. We loved it! The cabin was super clean and even cuter in person. The hot tub and cabin was super private, we only saw 1 other person our entire stay. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for cooking and the BBQ was really useful. If you're looking to visit Cayonlands or Arches while youre there, it'll add 45 minutes to your drive, but it is so worth it. Take the long way around and do the full loop, it is beautiful!!

Thank you Laura for your review. We’re so glad you enjoyed Sagewood cabin. It does offer a great private stay for guests. The views in the LaSal mountains are great in any season and the full Loop Road is such a nice drive. We are glad you were able to experience it!

Whispering Oaks is a beautiful, relaxing ranch! We loved our rustic little cabin and found it clean and equipped with everything we needed. After a day of sightseeing in Moab, the outdoor shower was a treat! The cabins are very private with wonderful views. We’re going to make this a regular stop on our summer trip to Colorado,
