The owner has recently renovated the home and it includes many updates like new flooring, furniture, beds and more! The cozy space has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the enclosed patio. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the nearby hot tub. The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated April - October) and hot tub (heated year round).

The residence offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers etc.

Each bedroom and the living room offers a high-definition television and the sleeper sofa couch and rollaway bed brings the occupancy of this residence up to a total of 9.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :) Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet.  Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
