Mature live oaks & lush greenery provide a SERENE TROPICAL OASIS to relax after a busy day in town or at the beach. 5 Min to Flagler Hospital.
The space
Welcome to this spacious one level home located in a peaceful waterfront neighborhood. Fully fenced backyard provides complete privacy in a tropical setting with lush greenery. If you listen closely, you might hear our local resident owl at night. Just a short walk to the community park and boat ramp with ample fishing spots and bird watching. Parking for your boat trailer, on side of property. Easy 12 minute access to downtown St Augustine and multiple beaches! The home is also located within 5 minutes of abundant shopping and restaurants, as well as Flagler Hospital along the Rt 1 commercial corridor.

As a lover of food, history, and the sea, I'm drawn to locales which offer the best of all three and St Augustine is no exception! 409 Lobelia is located in a quiet residential neighborhood bordering the Shore Drive Nature Park, which offers walking trails along the water, fishing spots, and a boat ramp for easy access to the Matanzas River. Revel in the unique flora and fauna of the north Florida coast where you will spot an abundance of birds. Another great aspect of the neighborhood is that it is located on a high and dry bluff, so your vacation wont be canceled due to the heavy flooding that can occur in many St Augustine neighborhoods. Quick access to downtown, gorgeous beaches, and Rt 1 with its numerous options for shopping and dining make this spot an all round winner.

I hope you'll love the spaciousness of my property, located all on one level, which makes for easy access for little kids, the handicapped, and elderly guests. The fully fenced back yard is an absolute oasis and you'll feel like you're in your own private world surrounded by live oaks and abundant plantings such as ferns and jasmine. The screened porch has a tiki bar feel with rattan furnishings and a bar with 3 stools. Inside the house, I've tried to create a comfortable and relaxing environment with sea-inspired decor and fun colors to make your stay feel homey and like a vacation stay at the same time. You'll find every amenity in the well stocked kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Enjoy!
