This listing is for Apartment/UNIT B only.

Simply 1 block to the beach! This property is situated along the most sought after part of A1A Beach Boulevard in St. Augustine Beach, walkable to quite literally EVERYTHING! We cannot state enough its proximity to everything from bars and restaurants to cafes and mini golf! Reference the drone pictures in the listing photos to see location.

St. Aug Beach's top eateries - Mango Mango's, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, Jack's BBQ, The Taco Shop, Cafe 11, Sunset Grille, Salt Life and many more!

The apartment itself, Unit B, sleeps 10 comfortably in 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 set of Twin Bunks and a Full Size sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped to service 10 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room is a Smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

Linens and towels are included. Some beach gear is included - beach towels, various chairs and a rolling cooler. Laundry machines are in the unit's downstairs hall closet. Small 4 seater patio table is situated on the screened in porch just off the dining room.

UPSTAIRS 2ND BEDROOM: Queen bed.
UPSTAIRS 3RD BEDROOM: Queen bed and 1 set of Twin bunks.
DOWNSTAIRS SOFA BED: Downstairs, full size.

PARKING: There is a single car long driveway right in front of Unit B. 1-2 cars can fit there one behind the other depending on the length of the vehicles. Another car can be parked in the grass on the outside of the black wrought iron fencing along the street directly in front of Unit B.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
Entire space of Apartment/Unit B ONLY is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Limited parking. Please be sure to abide by parking rules notated in the above section.

Please do not walk around the other sides of the building. There are private full time residents who we do not want disturbed, thank you!

Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

**Airbnb Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!

The Kookaburra coffee shop is just a few short blocks away, and is a local favorite.

Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.

A 10 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Other Things to Note:
NOISE LEVELS: There are long term tenants in the 3 other units in the building. The interior walls of each unit border the interior walls of the unit next to it. We ask you to be considerate of the tenants in the other units by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time especially from the hours of 10pm until 8am. The tenants will report to me if noise levels have reached an unacceptable level.

ALL BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS. Sofa bed is on the 1st floor.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.

QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am per St. John’s County ordinance and are enforced. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. DOGS ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS: A max of 2 dogs allowed with nightly fee. Due to the close proximity of the other units and guests in this compound, we do not allow unfriendly/reactionary dogs or noisy dogs. We request and expect the following from our dog-parent guests: Please do not leave your dog in the unit unattended for long periods of time, always leash your dogs when outside of the unit, always pick up after your dog. LATE CHECKOUTS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out, $25 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee late checkout availability. You MUST request late checkout if you would like it. Guests who stay past checkout time and did not put in a request will be charged $100 per hour, and we round up. LOST & FOUND: All lost and found items you would like returned to you will incur a cost of $50 minimum based on size and weight of items. This compensates our team for their time and mileage as well as post. Due prior to shipping. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property. This is strictly enforced. You may smoke outside in the driveway only. Dispose of butts in outdoor trash bins. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $100 charge for every cigarette butt found. There is a $500 charge for lingering interior smoke smell. NO DRUGS: llegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. PARKING: Follow parking rules as instructed. MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. Add-on guests under the age of 18 are welcomed if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits payment) must be present for the duration of the stay. UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises stay than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional $39 per guest per night. DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. CAMERAS AND NOISE: Home may contain outdoor security surveillance systems as well as noise-detection. Great location in St. Augustine!
The location is great- close to the beach, restaurants, brewery, and bars. The house is as described and we had a great stay. Although the listing states the home sleeps 10 I wouldn’t recommend more than 8. The pull out is older and not very comfortable and the living area doesn’t have a ton of seating space. That said, we had a great stay.

Such a shame
The physical layout was fine. It would have been helpful to be able to look again online at the indoor photos before arrival but we could not identify our VRBO on your website. The mechanism to lock the front door on leaving did not work (i.e. to touch the keypad). We had to input the "open door" numbers to lock the place every time. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The "smart" thermostat was a disaster. The house was cold when we arrived, with the thermostat set on a/c. We could not get any heat without locking up the system. Over the week we were obliged to e-mail just about every day to Dani to change from a/c to heat or from heat to a/c, or to adjust the temperature up or down. It may be a smart system for the owner, but it is a pathetic arrangement for a renter trying to enjoy the house. I will not consider a Euphoria VRBO for a vacation again.
