Everything was except the parking situation. Only 2 vehicles in the driveway and the designated parking areas were on the next street. Also the game room and stereo system was outdated.

Place was fine. Communication with host was not ideal. Had to ask several times to get a straight answer on questions. Had issues with pool and hot tub heat for half of the stay. More towels and sail ware / cups would be nice. It seemed like it was stocked to accommodate smaller groups, not 18 people. Place definitely showed signs of wear and tear. None of it was deal breakers but none of it was great.

Perfect for our family of 15

We had ten adults and 5 children. The bedrooms/baths were perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the kids had a blast from morning till night. Having two refrigerators and laundry areas was perfect. The only thing I can say bad was my 3 year old granddaughter left her unicorn pillow and comforter there and no one has responded to my request to ship them back to me at my expense.

Our family had a wonderful time doing various excursions to Universal, Epcot and Airboat.Our property manager was great, dealt with any issues we had immediately.The pool chairs and lounge chairs definitely need replacement. All and all the house met our needs and a great time was had by all.

House was clean. 10 bedrooms with only 2 parking spaces was not good. Had to park more than a block away and walk.

Great for large families

This home had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. There were 26 of us and we never felt crowded. It was located conviently and the community center was nice. Information between website, host, and actual place was not totally correct and created some frustration in what we needed to pick up at the store. Only room for two vehicles in driveway, but parking was available around the corner for other vehicles.

Tax exempt

Although the property was excellent, I tried for months to get information on eliminating the taxes charged for the stay.We are a tax-exempt college in NY and I had all forms to prove this but everyone kept passing the buck on this.It should be a fairly easy process so tax exempt institutions like our college can get this legitimate tax break they are entitled to.

We have everything plan for our wedding, since our family was traveling from Miami , and host cancel reservation same day at 10 am because of leaking in the ac , it was a really frustrating situation since we have everything plan month before with invitation and everything and we have to find a solution the same day

Inside Nothing Like the Pictures

The inside was extremely outdated. It was such a disappointment. Broken unsafe dining room tables, blinds, toilet seat and patio furniture. The couches up and downstairs were so worn that you could feel the springs when you sit on them. The upstairs couch had wood underneath the cushions to seperate them from the springs. Since I was the one who selected the house, I felt so burden and stressed. Been to Orlando many many times and this was by far not the "Orlando way".

Could have been better!

Family of 21 people, the house was big enough tor the stay but needs to be upgraded for the amount of money spent. Closet doors broken, one tv in bedroom #9 did not work. Carpet needed cleaning and ac worked great during the day but not so great a bedtime. It seems like the owner has not been in the unit for sometime because of the small things that could have been taken care of was not. The parking for my family was not enough, only 2 maybe 3 cars could fit in the drive way, all the other had to park 2 maybe 3 blocks away even with the parking pass. Would I stay here again? Maybe not unless there were upgrades done and I wouldn't know that until I rented again. Not sure.

We stayed two nights. There are a lot of hidden fees that wasn’t communicated. Extra charges if you want to check in early. Extra charges if you want to partake in the community pool and community amenities. Extra charge to use the grill at the home. The home in itself was okay. There are a lot of upgrades that are needed for the home. The toilet in one bathroom kept clogging and the water pressure throughout the whole home was extremely low. The furniture is worn out and the glass top table in the dining room was cracked and being held together by tape. Definitely dangerous having little ones. The patio furniture was torn and barely functional. The host should definitely go check on their property and make the necessary upgrades.
