The cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. The floors were sticky and we wore shoes for the entirety of the stay. The window sills haven’t been wiped in what looks like weeks, the toilet bowls were dirty and had rings, extra comforters in the closets were stained and had stuff stuck to them. When you pay to stay somewhere you expect it to be at the very least, clean. The neighborhood that this house sits in is also loud and seems to to have a bit to be desired as well.

The owner of this home left the home the day before your arrival and the house was cleaned on the day of your arrival. If under the trash can and a windowsill was missed I can only apologize but there was definitely no dirty toilets as all these are items that are inspected afterwards. There has never been any complaints about the neighborhood and the houses next door are residential.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We did 3 days at Disney and then just relaxed by the pool for the rest of the week. We had 7 adults and 4 children with us and had plenty of room for all.

Overall good stay

Had all the basics you’d need. Only minor hiccup was confusion on trash as the cans weren’t clearly labeled so we missed putting trash out since recycling was out that we thought was the trash.

Over all satisfaction

The property was everything it said to be. Quiet neighborhood and very very spacious. Close to all major attraction but not in the commercial setting. Pool was nice and warm as promised and very kid friendly. We stayed 10 days and would use this place again.

Great home for a wonderful vacation

The house was great, really spacious and comfortable. We truly had a wonderful time there and it was a great part of our vacation. Communication with the host was smooth and effective; kudos to Craig for his great service. If there was one thing we could’ve changed it would’ve been for the the pool to have been a couple degrees warmer from the get-go cause Kissimmee was a bit chilly during our stay so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool as we would’ve wanted to. Other than that, we had a magnificent time and we will definitely rebook this home next time we go on vacation to beautiful Kissimmee/Orlando.

Amazing

Would have gave a five star but the pool screen had a hole in it and debris was falling inside! The flies were really bad by the pool, coming in at the hole of the screen! The maintenance guy was fixing it so it shouldn't be any issue in the future! Other than that my family and i would definitely stay here again.

Nice house but cleanliness was an issue.

The house is nice but house keeping is getting paid for nothing. We had to change sheets in one of the bedrooms before going to bed, you can tell that the guest prior to our stay had children. The pool wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to bring our own wash clothes and was instructed to not pull the linens off the bed. Strange

Hi, The house was cleaned.prior to your stay and no complaints were made whilst you were here. Your only complaint after.i spoke with you was your bank took a long time to release your deposit after i released it. Why is it strange that we ask that you dont strip the beds? The cleaners strip the beds and can check if linens need treating before being laundered easier.

Early check in was unavailable due to the cleaning person being there. The house was filthy. We had to wash sheets and towels due to towels being washed without soap and the sheets not being washed at all. The floor was dirty, the ceiling fans are noisy, the closet doors all unhinged and broken. Terrible property, the only positive thing I can say it that the location was ok, maintenance outside the home was good. The pool was cleaned and the grass was cut while we were there.

We take all reviews seriously. It seem though, that if a guest can't check in early, because we are cleaning the house up to 4 PM, then how can the house not be clean? How can the sheets never get washed? All sheets and all towels are washed each time a guest checks out. When the guest checked out and our cleaners cleaned the house again, they found that the guest had knocked one closet bifold door off it's track. We immediately put it back on. How does that equate to all closet doors are broken? During their 6 day stay, they never called about the cleaning or the 1 closet door. It appears that the guest is just in a grumpy mood and decided to take it out on this home. No guest before or after, have had a complaint about the cleaning.

The communication with the host was fantastic and they always responded promptly, check in was very smooth, we loved the layout of the house and the pool was heated very warm the whole stay. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool or inside together as a family. Our only issue was that they need a new cleaning service, they didn’t clean very well in preparing for our stay.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, everyone enjoyed their stay. We were 20 minutes away from Disney, SeaWorld, the wedding we were attending, and the airport so that was a major plus. The house was very comfortable and clean; we have no complaints. The owner, George, was such a pleasure to deal with. The only thing we wish we had was a bigger pool, the deep end only got up to 5 ft, which was great for the kids but not really for the adults.

Enjoyable

This house was rented for eight people. The house was spacious enough that everyone had there own space. We were not in one another's way. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. The house was very nice; however, there were just minor issues, of which can be fixed. I can't speak for the beds in all of the bedrooms, but the bedroom on the lower level could use a new mattress. I'm not sure how long the house had been sitting prior to our arrival, because it was lacking in the cleaning department. In the master bedroom, there was hair in the shower; the pool area could have been swept off; there were spider webs on the pool furniture; there were also missing blind pieces throughout the house; the garbage disposal did not work; and the dishwasher had standing water in it, which after a couple days began to smell. Overall, I would rent this house again. The issues I speak of are not to be negative and not for people to not rent the unit, but to bring awareness to the issues that the management company might not know about. I did give the house four stars. I didn't rate it a five because of those issues.

Very nice house with modern touches

We had a great stay at this property. Very nice house with plenty of room for my family. The only negatives were keeping the pool heat up to have the water warm enough. And the outside of the home could use a good cleaning.
