The Space:

Spacious and with amazing views of the Cleveland skyline, both bedrooms have queen beds and the master suite has a connected full bath. We provide all towels, linens, soaps, shampoos and everything in the kitchen so you can fully enjoy your time here without worries!



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo. We are located on the 5th floor. Elevator is available.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Downtown Cleveland! We are centrally located in the famous warehouse District, right in the middle of nightlife and entertainment!



10 minute walk to First Energy Stadium (Browns)

15 minute walk to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse (Cavs)

15 minute walk to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

20 minute walk to Progressive Field (Guardians)



Flats East Bank Entertainment District is just a few blocks away and we are 5 minute walk from Public Square & Jack Casino.



We are a short 15 minute drive from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.



Getting Around:

Extremely walkable and safe area, with plenty of scooters and bikes for rent. Take the RTA buses or the Rapid Transit at Tower City Station (5 min walk) to/from the Airport.



Parking is not included but there are plenty of paid lots around the building. There is one behind our building that does $15/day with in and out privileges (not during special events)



Other Things to Note:

- There is a laundry room on our floor. You have to buy a card and then load money onto the card in order to use the machines.



Parking not included. Guest will have to park in a lot of their own discretion.



- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you would like to either check in early or check-out late, please reach out to us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will do our best to coordinate with our cleaners. We do charge a fee of $25/hour (up to 2 hours late/early) for this option. Thank you!
