The Space:
Unit 205, 408 West Saint Clair Ave. Cleveland, OH, 44113

This second floor space is ideal for 2 but can sleep another 2 on the pull out couch. (4 Total, but no more!) Great views from the large windows and steps away to all kinds of restaurants, the best in Cleveland!

Enjoy Streaming TV on both 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room!
There are no laundry units in the unit, but there are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load.
Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit.
As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy
Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas!

There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 2 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed and no re-entry!

Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport!

✳️A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.

Other Things to Note:
✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

✹ Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

Guest Access:
We will share very specific guest access with you post booking. You will get instructions on getting in to the main entrance. You will also receive instructions for an App or access code for the door to the unit on the 2nd floor.

For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

The Warehouse District is a nationally recognized historic district located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. On September 30, 1982, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Cleveland Warehouse District. We are on St Clair between W3rd and W6th above all the restaurants.

In the first half of the 19th century, this neighborhood was part of Cleveland's original residential area. Later in the century, it became the center of Cleveland's wholesale commercial area, and was occupied by warehousing and distribution terminals for more than 100 years.

The area is historically anchored by major skyscrapers that echo Cleveland's industrial past.
