The condo has a pretty view and good layout. It is in need of some updating with the LR, dining and patio furniture and decor as they are dated and deteriorating. The 2nd bathroom, although convenient to have, is a little dangerous with the high step in and out. The kitchen is a great size and nicely updated, except for the refrigerator which also needs replacing. The owner is really sweet, helpful and responsive. The unit is in a good location within the complex and great access to the amenities and beach.

Very nice condo, and we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit to Coral Beach but our first visit to this condo, we would definitely stay there again. Location is great and beach is all you could ask for. Having the restaurant/bar onsite is great.

What’s not to like!

Great place. If your looking for a relaxing laid back experience, this is it. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were two couples and the accommodations were very comfortable . The pool bar/ restaurant is top notch. The beach and views are incredible. We will absolutely do this again.

We've stayed in this condo unit a couple of times, and it's great.

When we visit Freeport, we stay on Coral Beach, which is a lovely, secluded area, about a mile from the Lucaya Marketplace and marina. The condo is a 2BR/2 bath and is in great condition. It suits our needs well. Everything you need is a walk or a short cab ride away. Good place to stay; we'll be back.

Great location, great beach. Condo was nice with wifi and comfortable furnishings. Wonderful owners.

This property is under renovations due to the hurricane that hit the island. The repairs being made did not cause any major issues during our visit. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant and bar pool/beachside is quite enjoyable. The beach is just so relaxing and beautiful. Jon & Becky

Good for our purpose

We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints.

Dear Janice, thank you very much! Mario always takes excellent care of our guests, he goes above and beyond. If there is a need or request he is prompt to respond. He had helped other guests with doctor's visits when there was a need, shopping, fixing occasional issues with internet, fixing things in the condo when something breaks down or is missing, and anything else what the guests may need!

Tony Stay in Paradise

We totally enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very comfortable , clean and spacious. Modern appliances and fixtures which work properly.. Building staff were friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was very relaxing, awesome ocean view from patio . The Villa provided 5 start hotel experience. Planning to return again soon.

Thank you for your review. I understand that our apartment did not meet your expectations. It is our family retreat which we share with guests. We do not claim that it is a business and matches highest hotel standards. Our apartment is well furnished and has everything a guest can expect to find in a home. It is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views. It has two full washrooms which are very useful when couples or families visit. It has all the amenities and appliances guests need. It doesnt have upscale modern renovation which you may see in magazines or some newly renovated units. We always provide excellent service and respond to all questions and requests promptly.

Condo is a little out dated and needs patio furniture and functional glass sliding door. otherwise it has everything we needed and lana was great and very helpful. the place is one of the few with a restaurant right on the ocean. i stayed one month and would come back.

A member of our family also went to Freeport to bring new items to replace the older ones from Canada. It has been quite difficult to buy what is needed in Freeport! I rely very much on my guests comments and feedback as we don't have the opportunity to travel to Bahamas as often as we would have liked due to family reasons. Paradise location

Absolutely great stay! Perfect location by the beach and pool. This property is the only one close by with a bar and small restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was spacious with room for 6 people. lots of towels, beach chairs. Nice view from the room and patio. You can cook your own meal or get a taxi and go out. Perfect for families. Very nice and helpful host. For us it was just a paradise location.

Bahamas beach condo

The owner was amazing, very responsive and helpful. When the a/c wasn’t working she got maintenance in the next day to take care of it. It was very clean and well taken care of. The unit itself is pretty small, and one bedroom has a great view, the other has no window, but a private bathroom. It was safe and comfortable, the complex has a beautiful pool and nice restaurant. It was a great stay!

The owner was amazing, accommodating and very helpful. The unit is good for 4-5pax really, clean,tidy and the beds are very comfortable to sleep with. There’s a pool and beach area that you can access easily. Very great view for balcony to watch sunset, garden view and if you want to have breakfast outside. It would be very nice as well if they can add some light in the dining area during night time and to make sure to fix the stove. Overall, we love the condo and my parents are so happy that we’re able to celebrate my day together in the unit.

Our expectations for the unit we selected were not what we had had in the past. The owner did address some of the things but not all were resolved. This unit is not set up for a long stay as many of the others are. The location is great and the beach beautiful. Lots interaction among guests and owners.

Dear Katherine, I was very happy to be your host! Thank you for your stay and your feedback! I apologize that some of the issues during your stay were not resolved. Your daughter was looking for a baby crib during her visit with you and unfortunately I could not obtain it for the dates she was staying :((( The balcony door locks are on back order, and we are waiting for them. We also provide cleaning supplies and a few basic pantry supplies enough for initial couple of days, the guests staying long term would need to purchase what they will need and want to use. My property manager Mario is happy to help out and take guests shopping or other errands and trips for a modest fee and our guests have been using his services multiple times and I always had a very positive feedback. There is also now a convenience store open at Coral Beach which is very handy! There may be some things which need to be addressing upon arrival or questions and requests, and please do not hesitate to contact me! Mario and Helen are very quick to respond and will be there same day or next day if anything needs to be purchased. Again thank you for being our guest and we do hope to see you back!

Adequate facilities

The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told.

Cute Property but dirty unit

Overall, this location is really nice, it was great that it was beachfront, and also had a great pool and a brand new bar. Our particular unit was really gross. It was dirty with dust and hair and crumbs on the furniture when we arrived, and there were ants crawling everywhere. We had to store all of our food inside the refrigerator so the ants wouldn’t collect. So our stay was very uncomfortable since we were constantly worried about our food and where we could sit. The best spot was on the beach!

The property manager Mario is very prompt to respond and Helen can come again when needed! We just had a couple of days between the guests and we had the place treated for ants.
