The expansive open-plan living area features a warm, cozy fire, a large-screen TV, and opens to the chef's dream kitchen with a large island, granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The main level also includes a laundry room with a full washer and dryer and a large locker area for ski equipment.

The lower level is an entertainment hub with another living area, big-screen TV, a game area with shuffleboard, foosball, and a Nintendo Wii, plus a dedicated workspace. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Jason was an excellent host and the house was beautiful! It worked very well for our family of 13 that stayed there. It had a spacious downstairs with lots of games to entertain the kids while letting them have their own space. It was close to many Boyne Mountain resort amenities as well as lake communities nearby. Overall, we had an excellent stay in a very comfortable and beautiful home!

Very nice house in a very peaceful location. Convenient to golf and many lakes. Lots of small, sweet towns all over. Coming from Miami, FL Northern Michigan turned out to be a perfect escape from our wet, sticky, super hot, miserable weather that’s typical for Sept. Beautiful rolling hills and houses with beautiful, lush flower gardens, flowering baskets lining the streets in the towns, lush, green landscape with wild flowers and perfect weather made every day “up north” special. Boated in lake Charlevoix, took the ferry to Mackinac Island. Petosky, Harbor Springs, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, Boyne City were all lovely, magical towns. Great restaurants recommended by Jason our host, were exquisite. As our friend would say “we were smitten with the mitten”

Jason and his house are amazing! The house is fairly new so it is clean and beautiful. He goes way above and beyond by furnishing creature comforts….plenty of paper towel, napkins, makeup facial wipes, spices and even extra coffee pods with creamer to get you started on the trip. Too many special touches to list. The beds were comfortable, showers were great and deck, hot tub and fire pit extra fun. Boyne mountain is a great location if you are trying to visit tourist spots both north and south. We hit Traverse City, Torch Lake; Charlevoix, Mackinac Island and downtown Boyne City. Typical day trip was between 45-80 minutes from the house. We’ve rented before and have never had as much attention to detail

We have rented many homes at Boyne and this was one of the best. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 different areas for hanging out/lounging was good to have with our large group. Would rent this home again.

Boyne Mountain summer vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 15 (three families) and we had an amazing week in Boyne Mountain. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with our host, Jason, was great and he was also helpful with suggestions for resort activities, etc. We love Michigan in the summer and hope to be back soon in the winter, too! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

The perfect base for a little ski trip, within walking distance to ski in/ski out at Kitz, cozy with all of the amenities you might need. It must be a new build, it has that new house smell. 10/10, would stay here anytime!

Beautiful home and Great host

We had an amazing time on our first up north ski trip with our friends! Jason was an amazing host, very responsive to questions and gave great tips on navigating the resort. The house was BEAUTIFUL and very neat and clean. The spaces were very well thought out and was a great place to stay with kids. We had an fantastic time and plan to stay again! Thank you Jason.

Our family loves skiing and Boyne Mountain is our favorite resort for year-round activities!

We chose to build our home in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain because the scenery is breathtaking everywhere you turn. At the entrance, you pass Deer Lake and the beach, you get to go between each of Boyne's signature golf courses and have total privacy and a feeling of seclusion at the house. It feels like another world when you are there!
