The apartment was beautiful and felt very relaxing. The main living area was spacious and had spectacular views over the bay. The bedrooms were a good size with ac. We found the location perfect for exploring this section of the French coast.

This stay was absolutely incredible!!! Perfect from start to finish - communication clear and prompt, checkin was easy and thorough, and the place was amazing! Comfy beds, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, garage parking, a kitchen that was thoughtfully and completely equipped & WHAT A VIEW! If this place is available, book it immediately. We are so glad we did! Thank you for renting out your beautiful home. We had the most wonderful visit!

A clean and comfortable apartment, convienently located on a bus line with easy access to Nice. The best attribute in my opinion was the wrap around porch which provided amazing views of the sea and was a pleasant spot to sit - though was a bit loud with traffic noise. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is fabulous, equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy, quality linens, netflix and many other channels, breath taking view! It was hard to leave to explore the area because it was comfortable!

Wonderful property

The apartment is beautiful. Very clean, awesome view from the living room and balcony. We couldn’t wait to come back to it each day and would start our mornings with coffee on the balcony. It’s well appointed in terms of furniture, dishes, towels, linens, etc. The owners and the property manager were very friendly and super responsive. The location is good too, only about a 10 minute walk to town.

My family and I spent 4 fantastic days at this property. This apartment was very comfortable. It has been furnished to a high level and had everything we needed and more! It felt like a home rather than a rental. It is conveniently located, with a bus stop just one minute walk away and a train station within a 5 minute walk. There’s also a local boulangerie for fresh bread and croissants in the morning.The only negative thing would be the road noise from the balcony but given the fabulous views, it was a small price to pay! We would absolutely return.

Superb appartment- opening the shutters every morning to the view of villefranche bay was a highlight in itself. The hosts and then Alexandra the property manger were always on hand for questions and responded quickly and were very accommodating to our travel plans. The appartment was stocked with everything you need for a week - high quality pans and knives for cooking and a washer and dryer, beach towels, umbrellas etc. This is a very sophisticated appartment. The wrap around balcony was big and suited our family perfectly (2 adults and 2 teens) with again breathtaking views over villefranche. Air-conditioning only in the bedrooms but with the with the patio doors open you get ample breeze into the flat. Its about a 10 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and chemist. 2 buses offering frequent travel to either Nice or Menton, lots of Ubers and the train station was also super handy. The beach and sea are gorgeous and about a 7 minute walk away - its quite a walk back up so be warned. The pictures of the pool dont do it justice - its quiet, a beautiful pool with a few loungers surrounded by views up the hills and Mediterranean plants. The traffic is something to be aware of but we got used to it and didn't bother us. Highly reccomended, we are missing it and villefranche already! Thank you Colin, Christine and Alexandra

Communication with Vrbo, the host and Alexandra upon arrival was excellent. The property was secure, well maintained, very clean, with high quality furnishings, comfortable and probably the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The view shown in the photo is exactly what you get, an excellent vantage point with comfortable outdoor furniture on which to breakfast, dine or relax in the evening. The main coast road passes below the appartment - very handy for the excellent bus service. Although at times it was a little busy, traffic calms down in the evening and that did not effect our stay - it was nice to watch the world go by. The station is a 10 minute walk away down side streets and steps. If you have mobility issues then a hire car / taxi would be needed to visit the town below or to visit local supermarkets. A secure garage is provided. On the whole an excellent place to stay, in a beautiful, interesting part of France, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

This is the one. We had a wonderful 9 night stay in July-August. The view is spectacular, comfortable beds and a really well stocked home to make you feel welcome from the get go. Plenty of towels, dish washer tabs, detergent, paper towels etc. but also lots of great little home comforts like a kettle, coffee maker, bottle opener, FULLY stocked kitchen, plenty of table wear and glasses. We would return in a heartbeat! The bus stop is 2-4 mins away depending on what direction you're headed in. Train station is 10 min walk down quite a few stairs, very doable but anyone with mobility issues might struggle. There is an elevator that fits 2-3 in the apartment and pool access is 4 mins away. The whole building was quite, the are is very safe and friendly. We really had the best time ever!

What an absolutely lovely place! It’s a beautiful, spacious apartment with a stunning view of the sea. It’s lovingly appointed with really thoughtful details: great linens, soap for the dishwasher and laundry, chairs for the beach, proper beach towels, a stocked kitchen. They really thought of everything. It’s in pristine condition and the meticulousness of the owners is evident throughout. For example there is a generous amount of towels and they are high end, matching and in perfect condition. There is a complete set of dishes, flatware, glasses, etc. The property manager proactively reached out in advance of our visit to ensure we had all the details we needed. The communication was always quick and professional. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s very special.
