Diese Einheit mit drei Schlafzimmern verfügt über eine komplett elektrische Küche mit allem Komfort von zu Hause. Einheit 3116 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei große Betten im ersten Gästezimmer und zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Gästezimmer. Even though a tropical storm came through, we still had an amazing time and felt safe in this condo. It was the best bang for our buck in terms of other condos that we have rented. Couch and love seat in photos is not what is currently in condo, A wicker couch and 4 chairs is what is there now. Very comfortable and roomy enough for 6 adults. Beds very comfortable! Bathrooms spacious and clean. Had problems wth air conditioner and dryer vent hose on arrival. Called maintenance on Sunday and they were there immediately with both things fixed within a few hours. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rent again!

Over all good

Overall I would stay here again. The Decor in the pictures on line is not the same in person. The condo has not been up dated in some time. The floors could use a good cleaning ( it leave your feet black on the bottom). We had no major problems and We would not mind staying again.

Comfortable but in need of serious TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented was rated for eight people. Six of us stayed and were very comfortable. However, this condo needs some serious TLC. The window on the front door was coming loose because of trim issues. We notified the maintenance department and after about four days they put tape on the door to hold the window in.Although not a proper repair it was a welcome to change. We were all concerned the front window would fall out and shatter. Both faucet handles in the smaller bathroom would fall off in your hands when shutting the water off. They could be put back on but it was clear this had been like this for a long time.The faucets in both bathrooms leaked around the base and needed replaced. The drain in the larger bathroom in the tub ran slow so there was standing water when showering. We reported the problem but no one came to correct the issue. When we arrive many of the light bulbs were burnt out and some of the lamps did not work. There were also some nonworking outlets. The vent in the larger bathroom did not work. The handle on the refrigerator was loose. The rug in the larger bathroom was so filthy it was disgusting. I threw it in the washer to try to clean it up and although it was cleaner it was so worn it was beginning to fall apart. We had a great stay. The condo was comfortable enough. But the furniture in the living room needs updated, the pl e just need some serious TLC. We loved the location and had a great trip. The condo issues did not ruin our trip but to say it had no impact would be dishonest. I left a note for maintenance with all of these details. I also intentionally delayed my review of the property to give them time to fix those problems. If you are booked or intend to stay at this condo soon, please update the condition if these issues have been addressed.

Terrible unit. Very large, but very disappointed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 3116. It was very dirty, very cluttered, outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. Wheel missing on one of the full size beds, it felt like you were sliding off the bed. Old sheets, blankets and comforters. I pulled out the night stand to plug in a device and there was so much dust and trash under it I dont believe the place had been cleaned in quite sometime. There was too much mismatched furniture which made the space very cluttered. Not kid friendly at all with the glass tables and the enormous amount of junk sitting around with ‘dust all over them. The glass dining tables looked like they were wiped with furniture polish or a pork chop! I took pictures of everything and complained to ‘Sharon’ in the main office. She sent the cleaning crew, ‘2 ladies’ they were in the unit approximately 15 minutes. They only addressed only what I discussed and left everything else dirty. My husband walked around on bare feet and his feet were black from the dirty floors. Sharon did not do a follow up call to see if we were satisfied. I forgot to mention the outdated vertical blinds were missing several slats that the cleaners were supposed to fix,I assume they stuck them in some of the places places but when we came back to the unit they were lying in the floor Extremely dissatisfied with Shoreline Towers. Check on rentals a must

The first problem with this property was that there was no door on the master bathroom for privacy.The door that leads into the laundry/walkin closet in the master bedroom would not shut and we had to have a repair person come fix it. The kitchen floor was very dirty along with the dining room table and the vent in the dining room was covered with black mold. Thank goodness we had no people with us that had severe allergies. We had to have housekeeping come clean it. The dryer made an awful sound while drying. There were so many missing blinds in the living area that it was so warm and the sun was very bright coming in the windows. . The website states that it sleeps 10 and it only sleeps 8. We had to get the office staff to order a blow-up mattress for us to sleep on for the week. The stove also worked intermittently. Any problems or concerns that we had the property management would handle as best they could in a timely manner.

Ok

Shoreline Towers as a whole was nice. However condo living room furniture had been changed so it didnt have pull out couch. So it didnt accomodate as many sleeping areas as shown in original pictures. When went to onsite desk one lady was rude the other was helpful.

week in Destin

We brought three teenagers and two adults and had room for all. Home is dated, but layout of rooms and amenities were very nice and made us comfortable. Pots/pans/kitchen equipment and the twin beds could use an upgrade, but were functional but not as comfortable as home. Nice views from the room. Fantastic access to both the pool and the beach which made it easy to use this room. Great location for restaurants, groceries, post office, shopping, etc. Master bed was comfortable (twins were not, other room with two queen/full were comfortable). Wicker furniture is uncomfortable if you sit on it too long trying to do work rather than going to the beach. Washer and dryer in unit were convenient, but nearing end of life cycle and operation of such involved loud noises. Property was extremely clean. Air flow to bedrooms was not great and the bedrooms were a bit too warm at night.
