Primary Guest Requirement
The booking guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially after 10:00 PM.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Guests may smoke outside only, and we kindly ask that cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is not followed.

Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
Dogs are welcome with prior approval:
• Maximum of 2 dogs
• Up to 65 lbs per dog

This home is located in a wooded mountain setting. While we have regular pest control, you may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife typical to the area.

Holiday Policy
Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays (New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Stays may include these dates—arrival and departure should be scheduled outside of them.
