We expect guests to have a good time but leave the house in the condition they found it. We do not allow High school prom parties, graduation parties or any Parties.

This property is great for large group getaways but please be advised that this is not a Party House. If you are looking to Host a large party, this is not the place. - The Pond adds to the beautiful view but we don't advise swimming in it and if water levels are really low in the summer, the pond can be very shallow or even dry out. Also if there is a heavy rainfall, it will have a beautiful little waterfall that flows into a creek.

- NO refunds will be issued for any unavailable amenities, power outages, water shortages, flooding, snow, nearby construction, or mandatory evacuations ordered by local authorities due to hurricanes or other events considered acts of God or nature.

- Hot tub is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemicals prior to or on the day of occupancy. Misuse of a hot tub by the spilling of foreign substances into the Hot tub, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass or metal will result in a Service Call Charge at the sole discretion of Owner. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid and $$$ penalties will be applied.
