Don't rent! NOT Luxury
We needed a getaway to relax and this house is no conducive to relaxing. There was construction everywhere and workers living right behind the house using this house's electricity. They were up at 5 am and loud.
1) it was listed with a hot tub. NO Hot Tube. I have the screenshot. The manager changed the listing AFTER we messaged him and then tried to lie about it.
2) the outdoor dining room table had no chairs to sit
3) the floor of the swimming pool was dirty/flithy because of the wind. The pool pump wasn't on. We asked them to clean it but they didn't vacuum it. The pool company came on the morning of checkout and told us they only come once a week. It should have been cleaned daily. We could only use the pool the morning of checkout
4) the back door gate/lock of the house was broken so we couldn't even secure the house. We felt unsafe as women at night not locking, with men sleeping behind us.
5) the garage door did not lock.
6) our check in took over 45 min. It was supposedly self check in. The trash out front smelled foul , the Wi-Fi didn't work, one bedroom didn't have electricity. owners food in refrigerator the refrigerator
7) electrical sockets unfinished in bedrooms
8) owners personal items everywhere in the living room, broken glass painting, suitcases in bedroom
9) broken screen door leading into living room
We asked for a 50% discount and they only offered 10% but then said no. They did give us an 1 1/2 hr later checkout.
