Welcome to Casa Serendipity, a fully renovated secluded home in the heart of Playa Grande, with one of the best locations in town.
The house just went through an entire renovation and every detail has been considered with no expense spared. The customized design and decorations throughout the house were done by a local well-known interior designer, Carrie Bratton with Indigo Homes. The customized furniture throughout the house is inviting and luxurious. This place gives you the feeling of being in a 5-star hotel, but in the privacy of your own home.
The renovated and fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy meals and gather with family and with plenty of seating around the spacious dining room table. This lovely space features 5 generous bedrooms, for a total capacity of 10 people; Its private pool and terrace provides you with the comfort and space to enjoy a relaxing sunbathing; the right and well-appointed place for adults and kids, a bedroom with 3 twin beds perfectly designed for the little ones, with amenities like toys and board games. A spacious Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and tub. Smart Tv’s in each bedroom, cable, and reliable internet available. Anything that you would wish will be found in this lovely home. Come visit us and make memorable moments with family and friends.

Beautiful house in Beautiful Playa Grande

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with a group of 7 people (4 adults,3 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is roomier then the pictures make it seem. Overall our stay and Krain was great. We had some issues with the water being turned off a few nights(including the first night we arrived). Krain didn't let us know what was causing the water issues but we heard there were water rationing happening from some locals or it might very been the construction nextdoor causing the issue. Either way I wish Krain would have let us know and been more transparent.That being said I would rent this house again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By chance, we were lead to this lovely home rental through Krain management. We certainly experienced good fortune unexpectedly which is the definition of serendipity. This home is decorated beautifully, is comfortable, perfect for large families or shared with friends, easy walk to the beach, pool fun and large fully equipped kitchen. Krain management was delightful to work with (specifically Tony). They cared very much about the happiness of our stay. I highly recommend this property and management group.

Great place but needs alittle attention to details.

Very clean with a great layout. Pool was nice. The house wasnt marked at all and our driver had trouble finding it. The alarm didn't work appropriately. Trouble with 2 of the air-conditioners. One was fixed that day but the other never was. None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked because there was no cable or streaming capabilities. Bad smell in the laundry room but washer and dryer was super nice. Some more dish towels and bath towels would be nice. Had to wash them during the week because there weren't enough. A sheet listing how things worked and local stores and restaurants would be nice. Usually have these at all the other VRBO places I have stayed. A great place but someone just needs to be sure everything works and pay attention to the details.

The house is very nice, extremely clean and very comfortable. The garden and pool furniture need a little work. Very close to playa grande , it’s an easy walk!

March Family Vacation

Our West Coast clan joined their cousins who live in Playa Grande. This villa will easily handle two families--each of the bedrooms is nicely sized and there is a lot of common space. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Great week.
