ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES:
• THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. Welcome amenities are provided for FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies if needed for the rest of your stay

POOL HEATER:
• POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL at an additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay), which is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on the website
• It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date. If requested AFTER the check-in, there will be an extra $30 connection fee
• The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but PLEASE NOTE that the water does not heat up to its full capacity during the winter, and we cannot reimburse due to non-mechanical issues, such as weather conditions
