It's not a full XL size, as you say. As clearly stated in the property description on Vrbo, the home is a duplex property divided into two completely private units. The front unit is the one available for reservations through Vrbo and Airbnb, while I, the homeowner, live in the rear unit of the property. Both areas are fully independent and private, as described on the platform.
