I had a job that brought me to Cincinnati for the last 10 months and each time I stayed at this property. Each time felt more like home. I had everything I needed in the apartment. If there was something I couldn’t find, I messaged the host and they responded in a timely manner. The location is great because it’s tucked away on a quiet street but has access to the highway that allows you to get wherever you need in 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet spot.

We stayed for 3 weeks, and had a mixed experience. On the positive side: The host was responsive and great to work with. We enjoyed the location, appreciated the attention to detail with interior decorations and the multiple luggage racks. The bed was super comfortable and a great shower. We loved being able to walk Amberly Green, which is nearby.The A/C is not central air. There are 2 window units, both old and loud enough that it was difficult (for me) to sleep. We could not run the living room unit while watching TV. The only other minor point of frustration is that the kitchen cooking supplies and utensils were difficult to work with (flimsy and worn down). Despite multiple signs from the host, other visitors did not consistently follow the correct process to keep the front door locked. Most of the time, the front door was unlocked. If this will bother you, consider a single unit VRBO instead of of a multi-unit building. Pay attention to their note about the parking lot and stairs - it is a steep property! We liked the challenge and getting our steps in.

Overall, the property was "ok". The owner could spend a little money for some things - like: Fix the remote - top cover is off and very difficult to use Very limited kitchen supplies Buy some bathmats and kitchen towels There was no soap - had to go buy some Fix the blinds - just cosmetic, but makes a difference Invest in some decent pillows - ones in unit were absolutely awful. Furniture is sparse and couch is very uncomfortable. CLEAN - did not want to turn on fan in bedroom because there was an inch of dust I know this may sound picky, it was a nice unit, just needs some attention to the details. Had some issues with the door locking, but the owner was very responsive. If had other options, would not stay here again
