• Pet Friendly- This property is dog friendly. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $125.

• **Absolutely no parties allowed- Grounds for termination** The house is outfitted with an exterior Minut noise device, which monitors noise decibels (does not record) in an effort to respectful of our neighbors

• Quiet hours per the city of Palm Harbor- 10pm-7am

• Please note there is a ring camera at the front door and 2 on either side of the house - these are solely for security purposes. The side cameras are not active as we do not have access to them.

• Please note the pool is not heated. However, in the summer months, please expect it to be warm naturally!

GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
