Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you and your wife enjoyed the views, amenities, and the peaceful side of Gatlinburg. It means a lot to us that you appreciated both the beauty inside and outside the property. We also appreciate you mentioning the bears—our mountain setting comes with some wild neighbors, and we're grateful when guests help spread awareness about safety. We're so glad their visit didn’t overshadow your stay, and it’s great to hear you’d book with us again in a heartbeat. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind words about the location, facilities, and your unit — we're thrilled to hear it was a perfect fit for your stay! We truly understand your feedback regarding the community rules and how they impacted your group’s experience. The quiet hours and access limitations are in place because this is a shared space, and many guests come to relax and unwind. Your group was quite loud and we have to protect everyone else's vacation with us as well. These types of quiet time policies are quite common in resorts and vacation communities for that very reason. That said, we’re always looking for ways to strike the right balance, and we truly appreciate you sharing your perspective.
