We also appreciate you highlighting some areas for improvement, like the parking situation and the small maintenance issues. Also, for future reference, if you ever find yourself in a unit with no broom, hairdryer etc, we have purchased extra and keep them on hand at the on-site office as there are a few condos where the homeowners haven't put those in there.
