About this space
Le Pavillon de St Agnan comprises a 4 hectare estate now run as a small-scale holiday complex. With two heated swimming pools, an adventure playground, a recreation room, this is the perfect place for the entire family to relax and enjoy. Our 5 gîtes are situated in the former stable block. Each one has been sympathetically restored and retains original features. Bakery and fresh croissants are within easy walking distance and there is lots to do!
The space
Gîte 4 accommodates 8-10 guests. Downstairs you will find a sitting room with TV and DVD, a kitchen/diner, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with sofa bed for an extra two guests, another large bedroom with basin, a third bedroom with basin and one bathroom with a bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, senseo machine, citrus press, electric kettle, stick blender. All of our gîtes have their own private dining area and BBQ. Linen is included in the price and cots and high chairs can be provided at no extra cost.
Guest access
Apart from their own holiday home, guests will have shared use of two heated swimming pools (one for toddlers), a recreation room with ping pong table and table football, a laundry with dryer, the park with its play areas and toys.
Other things to note
Please note that for the safety of our young guests, children must be accompanied by parents or guardians when playing certain games and when swimming in the pool at Le Pavillon de St. Agnan. Additionally, we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of the deep natural surroundings within the hotel premises. As part of our commitment to preserving the local ecosystem, there may be other animals present in the area.
