Innerhalb dieses Strandhauses ist 2400 SQ. FT. Wohnbereich mit 3 Schlafzimmer 2 1/2 Bäder, Dachboden und umzäunten Garten. Es ist auch nur wenige Schritte vom Sand von Cocoa Beach und einen kurzen Spaziergang vom berühmten COCOA BEACH PIER entfernt, den Sie am Ende unserer Straße sehen können!

Fine Dining and Shopping ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants zur Auswahl!

Sobald Sie die Tür zu Ihrem Strandhaus öffnen, fühlen Sie sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der offene Grundriss, die hohen Decken und die schöne Einrichtung sind einfach so einladend!

Der Loungebereich bietet zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten mit bequemen Sofas und einem 65-Zoll-4K-Smart-TV zum Ansehen von Filmen oder Surfen im Internet. Es gibt viele Familienspiele oder Bücher zum Lesen.

Betreten Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitoberflächen, einer riesigen Insel mit drehbaren Hockern und zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Es gibt eine halbe Badewanne im ersten Stock, die blitzsauber ist!

Gehen Sie die Holztreppe zum zweiten Stock hinauf, wo sich ein Loft mit einem Futon für zwei Personen, eine Waschküche mit übergroßer Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein komplettes Badezimmer befinden.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist privat, geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet! Es verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool-Badewanne für zwei Personen, Duschkabine und 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and near so many things. We love that it is so close to the beach and the beach was not packed and it felt like we had it to ourselves. This is our second time staying at this house and the second time was just as good as the first. The owners are so nice and answer our questions or concerns in a timely matter. If you are ever staying at Cocoa Beach, this house is the place to stay.

Clean house with plenty of room for 10, however no outside patio table or chairs to enjoy the outdoors with grandkids, wish there would have been outdoor games for grandkids play with.

At the time of your stay, we had just completed new patio pavers and were waiting for them to be sealed, so the outdoor furniture had been temporarily removed. That process is now complete, and we’ve since added patio seating and outdoor games for guests to enjoy, especially families with kids. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to host you again so you can experience the updated outdoor space!

This was a great house for our family while we were in town for a USSSA tournament. We wanted to be close to the beach, yet have a clean route to the Space Coast Complex for games- it was perfect!We will definitely book this house again next summer if our son plays one of the tournaments. Fantastic experience!

This property is a must stay! It was very conveniently located, walking distance to all needed items. The home is well taken care of. The only issue with this property was when it rained the street flooded and you couldn't drive your car through but it did clear up within an hour. I will definitely use this again.Thanks so much!

Great place close to the beach!

We had a fantastic experience. Property location is super convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach (beach essentials included - such as umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc!). Kids had a blast. Friendly host!

Two of our favorite places to vacation are on the beaches and Disney World. We purchased this home so we could enjoy both of these great vacation spots. It's the perfect location, 1/2 block to the beach and 45 minute drive to Disney World.

With so many things to do in the area, you will never be bored. Disney World is just 45 minutes away. Charter Fishing boats leave right from Cape Canaveral which is 1/2 mile away. Great restaurants that sit on the water that serve delicious food and live entertainment. The beach access is at the end of our street. The home is located on a very nice and quiet street.

The location of the house is perfect!! It is walking distance to food stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Cocoa Beach Pier, Mini-Golf, Wine and Spirit Stores, Rental Cars, Convenient Stores, Bait and Tackle Shops. The access to the beach is at the end of our street. I love waking up early to head to Disney World and ending the day relaxing at the beach. Quiet mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the sun rise. Grabbing my book and heading to the beach and watching the kids smiling as they head off to fish.
