Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear your daughter and her friends had a fun Sweet Sixteen and Mother's Day weekend and that you enjoyed the home and neighborhood. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. Finding a leftover joint and noticing an odor in the home is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have, and we sincerely apologize. We also appreciate you bringing the concerns about the pool features, hot tub jets, outdoor TV, oven, fireplace, and shower to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas that need attention and improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate your kind words about our home despite the challenges, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the five-star stay we strive for. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we wish your daughter a very happy Sweet Sixteen!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review. We truly appreciate your patience with the keypad issue upon arrival and are glad Kim and Danny were able to resolve it quickly so you could begin your stay. We’re also happy to hear you found the cabin clean, well maintained, and comfortable overall. Thank you for the helpful feedback regarding the amenities list and cookware. We value insights like this and will be reviewing both to ensure future guests have clear expectations and well-equipped accommodations. We’re also glad you were able to enjoy the peaceful setting and that glimpse of the mountain view—it’s a special little bonus when the trees open up just right. It means a great deal to us that you were pleased with both the management and your stay. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
