This beautiful, large, private room is only 3 minutes from Lake Houston. Your space has loads of natural light in your room, in addition to large private bathroom with designated shelf and rack to store your hygiene items. Extra blanket is provided and clean towels and wash cloth. This room has a beautiful and comfortable loveseat to relax, read or lounge. Loads of space.

Rent includes utilities, washer & dryer access weekly, private bathroom, loveseat lounge in open loft area. Room access and microwave in the kitchen are available. Guest can utilize one shelf in the refrigerator for storing any food. No eating is permitted in the room and all drinks must be in a spill proof container or water bottle. There is no main living room access at this time. Guest can eat food at the dining table.

This community is very private and quiet. Beautiful walking trails are only minutes away, HEB grocery store is 5 minutes away and restaurants are driving distance. This location is very bright with loads of natural sunlight.

Lyft & Uber are available, in addition to gas station and small shops close by.
