A gentle sea breeze blows in off the Gulf of Mexico as you relax on dazzling sugar sand beaches, in the Gulf front pools or hot tubs, or in a chair on your private patio. This luxury ground floor unit is just renovated and is a few a steps from one of the outdoor pools or the boardwalk to the beach and provides you with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Attractions include various golf courses, Bellingrath Gardens, 65 landscaped acres in the midst of a 905-acre semi-tropical rain forest. Charters are available nearby for deep sea and in-shore fishing, or you may enjoy a boat trip which allows you to watch the dolphins play. Visit Fort Morgan, offering living history demonstrations and self-guided tours. Take a ride on the Ferry to Mobile and visit the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. Take a drive to Pensacola and visit the National Naval Aviation Museum. Looking for a good deal? Check out the large Tanger Shopping Center offering more than 120 factory outlet stores. Take a nature walk in the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge located near the resort. Enjoy local attractions such as The Wharf, ziplines, the zoo, and more. Family vacation

We had stayed on this property several times but not this condo.The condo had everything we needed and more! Beautifully decorated and the patio is wonderful. We had our granddaughter which will soon be three and being on the ground floor with added patio space was a big bonus for us! We will definitely stay here anything.

Best condo hands down

Very clean and spacious. Also kitchen was fully stocked with any pots or pans you may need. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and furniture. No problems or complaints. After staying here we will not want to stay any in other condo.

Great Location!

We love Fort Morgan. It wasn't as crowded as Gulf Shores. This unit slept all 10 of us and had a large living space to gather together at night. The unit was well stocked with anything you might need for cooking. It is a first-floor unit so packing and unpacking was easy. It is just a short walk to the beach. We definitely hope to book again next year.

Family Vacation

This was perfect size fot our family of 9. The ground level was perfect. Pool was right there beach was just a short walk. The air conditioner had a problem but the fixed it within an hour. The queen beds could use foam topper or replaced but we made it work. Had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. We cooked 2 meals a day. Our stay at the condo was 100 percent perfect. Definitely recommend to anybody.

Great getaway!

We've stayed in different units at the property for decades, but this unit was, by far, the best. Very spacious (plenty of room for the 8 of us to spread out). Steps away from the pool, tennis court, Sassy Bass, and beach. The only "negative" really isnt even a big deal...I wish the patio table had an umbrella as there is no escape from the afternoon sun. Will most definitely check this unit for availability on our next visit.

Great Stay in Ft. Morgan

Beautiful condo 3/3. Pretty beach theme decor. This area is so pretty and quiet. Such a bonus to be on the ground floor. Easy to walk out and have the pool, beach, tennis courts right out front. We loved having the grills outside too, we used them several nights in a row. It's off the beaten path but well worth it. Stock up on your groceries on the way in. Spent a day crossing the ferry to Dauphin Island. If you go there pack a lunch not too many places to eat. You must have dinner at Jesse's on the bay!! The food was excellent!! Not a place for kids. But a great adult dinner out. I highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Great Stay at Fort Morgan

Beautiful, clean place! Loved the tennis/pickleball court and beach so close. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Fit our whole family, roomy kitchen. Condo was very clean!! Just know that there are 2 doors, and you need to enter the one facing the tennis court. We arrived at midnight not realizing this, and could not get in (the back door). Jackie answered the phone right away, problem solved. Thank you Jackie! Great place for family vacation. Quiet! Never heard anything from the other rooms. Thank you again!

The codo was spacious and heavily beach decorated. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. There was even spices, aluminium foil, and ziplocks which i am assuming were left from past guest. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible while we were there and only got to spend one day on the beach. However, the beach was a super short distance away and came with 2 beach chair rentals. The beach was clean and not crowded (this could have also been because it was cloudy). The pool, which can been seen from the back door, was easily accessible and never seemed to be crowded. Due to the weather we spent some time visiting the hot tub located inside; however, i would not classify it as "hot" and the indoor pools are not heated. Overall we had a good time and would stay here again.

Alabama vacation

Property was perfect. There was enough to do in the room, at rainy times, and outside to do to keep everybody busy and having a great time. The beach is quite and amazing. The room itself was big enough, very well equipped and the added extras in the kitchen and in the room such as games and such were an awesome extra bonus!!! The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture. Showers were great. We were in and out so often the ground unit was perfect for us along with the nice big sitting area right out the door. The only reason for a 4 star for cleanliness is when we arrived the kitchen cabinets were dirty. There seemed to be splattered marks of various things such as what looked like coffee spilling down some and food on most of them. We quickly washed them all down before unpacking and there were plenty of extra cleaning supplies to do it so it wasnt a huge deal. The rest of everything did look very clean😊 Thank you for sharing your place with us. If we are ever back to that area again we will definitely check to see if this unit is open for us.

The condo was immaculately clean and incredibly well-stocked, making it feel like a home away from home. Situated on the first floor, it provided easy access to the beach, which was just a short walk away. The on-site amenities, including the tennis court and multiple pools, were fantastic and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.Inside the condo, everything was thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated having both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, as well as an air fryer and a blender. The lamps with USB ports were a convenient touch, allowing us to keep our devices charged easily. Maintenance was prompt and proactive, stopping by to check on light bulbs and batteries, and they were quick to respond to any minor issues we had. The beach wagon provided was a lifesaver for transporting all our beach gear.Dining at Sassy Bass Restaurant was a few steps out the door offering delicious meals in a fun, casual atmosphere. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable and convenient base for a wonderful beach vacation. Highly recommended!

Will gladly stay again "IF"

This is one of the nicest units that we've ever stayed in, and we go to the beach at least once if not twice a year. This 3BR unit was more than large enough for our family of ten. The grounds, pools, and other facilities were well kept and clean. The indoor pool, and hot tubs were not available, due to construction, or Covid, not sure which, but that didn't put a damper on our stay at all. Now comes the "IF" from the title of my review. I have two daughters, with their own families that live in different parts of the state, and we all meet at the beach. I had purchased three parking passes, one for each vehicle. When arriving at the complex, we were told by the guard that only two vehicles per unit were allowed. I explained to him that I had purchased three, showed him the receipt, and his comment "I don't care if you have a receipt for ten spots you'll only get to park two vehicles. Because I have had this problem before at smaller complexes, I made sure to read the rental agreement top to bottom word for word, and there was no mention of a limit on parking spaces. Thank you so much Jackie Battles for working it out for us. The bigger units should realize that more parking would be needed for bigger families. IF we can be sure of the parking situation in the future, we will gladly stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in 5005 was absolutely amazing! We had everything we needed at our fingertips to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. Extra little touches like blankets in the living room, games for the kids & a wagon full of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc made such a difference. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! You are right in the heart of the beautiful lawn where families can enjoy their time in the evenings, but also have a great view of the beach & pools. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very pleasant stay. From Mid January thru Feb 2024. Unit was as-expected with no surprises. We will be back there next year also.
