Outdoor areas are assigned for privacy: Unit B guests have exclusive backyard access, and Unit A guests enjoy dedicated use of the front yard. The corner-lot layout makes this separation feel natural and private.
Guests can expect to climb down one step to get to the front door.

This beautiful guesthouse offers prime convenience to Wilmington`s best attractions. By car, you`re just 10-15 minutes from everything, with great coffee shops within walking distance. Take a 13-minute ride to the historic district to soak up Wilmington`s unique history or stroll the riverwalk. The condo is 10 minutes from the airport, 6 minutes from UNCW campus, 9 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, 25 minutes from Carolina Beach, and 5 minutes from Long Leaf Park, which is perfect for taking your pup.
The best way to get around is by car.
